After his third arrest in two weeks on Jan. 14 when Hussein was arrested by Bloomington PD in felony possession of a vehicle stolen out of Minneapolis (pic 1), MFF bailed him out on Jan. 20 (pic 2).

Hussein was arrested 3 days later and charged with felony auto theft after stealing a commercial plow truck from a business parking lot at 47xx Cedar Ave S at 5 a.m. on Jan. 23 and then crashing it into a building. Hussein was chased down by employees and held for police.

Insult to injury: Hennepin County Judge Marta M. Chou ordered Hussein conditionally released on ZERO new bail required following that second felony charge in 9 just days.
Hussein is out of custody.

Ismail Mohamed Hussein has 10 prior convictions including a felony on 1st degree burglary of an occupied dwelling.
Of course, he received a stay of imposition on that conviction and was released with time served in jail.
