In 1991, the Congress govt. passed a law, The Places Of Worship (Special Provisions) Act, 1991, in which it cleverly took away the rights of the Hindu community to reclaim it's glorious temples which were desecrated by invaders and later islamic rulers.
According to this law which has only 8 sections, No suit can be filed after 1991 to restore the hindu temples desecrated by islamic conquests & rulers.
It covers other places of worship too, but all of us know that no original Masjid or Church was desecrated to build temples.
This says; All places of worship should continue to exist in the same state as they did on 15/8/1947.
In other words: THE TEMPLES THAT WERE DESECRATED & CONVERTED INTO MOSQUES/OTHER PLACES OF WORSHIP BEFORE 15/8/1947 CANNOT BE RECONVERTED INTO TEMPLES.!!
Communal or Secular?
Place of worship means 👇 It includes those of all religions.
BUT
Tell me how many mosques were demolished prior to 1947 to build temples/monsateries??
Now compare that number with the number of temples/monsteries destroyed to build mosques & other islamic monuments.
See it?
This says: The place of worship cannot be concerted into that of another religion or another section of the same religion.
Simply put, If a mosque stands on a place of an ancient temple, it cannot be reconverted into a temple.
👇 sets the date of 15/8/1947 to determine the religious character of the place of worship.
We have already established that this does not affect any mosque as no temple/monastery was ever built up on a mosque prior to 1947, but the number of temples us simply mindblowing!
👇 says: You cannot file a case before any court/judicial body for reclaiming the ancient temples after this act comes into force!
If you have already filed a case, it will persist, BUT you cannot appeal on the judgement of such case after 18/9/1991.
👇Says: If any POW has been converted after 15/8/1947 (Understand the motive) and a suit is pending on that, That POW shall be restored to what it was on 15/8/47.

Exempted:
1. Archeological sites/ monuments managed by the ASI
2. Suits settled by court/judicial body before 18/9/91
3. Mutually agreed settlements.
4. Conversion before 18/9/91 efffected by acquiesance (Silent acceptance) / Time barred by limitation of any other law.
Exempted: Ram Janma Bhoomi/ Babri Masjid site!!
This was exempted because the Ram Janma Bhoomi movement was very hot in 1991 & they did not want to lose majority votes.
Public were not as aware as they are today & they fooled them easily as these exemptions were just lollipops!

A supreme law
To prevent hindu temples being reclaimed by hindus and ensure that the islamic structures standing atop the temples are preotected!!!
Now you decide what Congress means when it says it is a Secular party!
They did this to prevent the hindu revival in India.
They did this to ensure that the hindu community feel inferior & ashamed whenever they see such structures.
They did this to project Islam being minority is dominant on the hindu majority & Humiliate the hindu community!
They did this and later gave muslims free hand to "reclaim" (loot) waqf properties as explained 👇
Now, it is your decision to be fooled by these election jumlas or see them for what they really are!
This single law of mere 2 pages is preventing Krishna Janma Bhoomi temple of Mathura & Kashi Vishwanath Mandir in whose places stand Islamic structures HUMILIATING THE HINDU COMMUNITY EVERY DAY!!!
There are many such places waiting to be honoured!
