Govt. builds houses for minorities under various minority welfare schemes & is gifted to Ms.

There is no problem with this.

The problem arises when that beneficiary 'gifts' that land to the Waqf Board!

Read on... In 1991, the Congress govt. passed a law, The Places Of Worship (Special Provisions) Act, 1991, in which it cleverly took away the rights of the Hindu community to reclaim it's glorious temples which were desecrated by invaders and later islamic rulers.

How many of you know that according to section 40 of waqf act, 1995, The waqf board can acquire ANY property? Yes ANY PROPERTY. It can even be your house!

Once a waqf property, it will always remain waqf property!
This Act was passed by Congress.

#KashmirFiles If u have any grievance against it, you have to go to the waqf tribunal, a waqf body!

Even a majistrate is subordinate to the Waqf!
