What if?

So it seems Rudy Giuliani is attempting to flip on Trump, with his notorious 'insurance file' but the DOJ is not biting. Let's consider why that might be?

If Rudy flipped he'd have to confess to all his crime & testify against all fellow criminals incl Trump..

why NOT?

Yes.. Rudy was under legal FBI wiretap on Jan 6th (from 2019) and was central to organizing all of Trump's January 6th picnic activities. He could deliver a TON of criminals

Why would DOJ say no to Rudy? Well, first off, he is a BAD WITNESS. Make a circus of any criminal trial

But secondly. The Feds HAVE the EVIDENCE from Rudy, not just the legal wiretap of anyone dumb enough to call Rudy or text him about Jan 6th, but they have the ACTUAL evidence seized at FBI raid of Rudy's home & office & all his 18 phones..

Now humor me. We see the pattern developing like with Lev Parnas. Lev had the world's most powerful insurance file ever assembled, as Lev was Rudy's personal photographer to collect all crimes Giuliani committed for Trump. And Lev could not get a deal out of DOJ. This is a remake

The reason Lev Parnas could not get a deal with DOJ, in Lev's attempt to plea-bargain was that DOJ had BETTER evidence, that could nail the person (or people) involved

Person is Rudy Giuliani

People means also Pompeo, Jared, Donald Trump etc. DOJ did not NEED Lev Parnas to nail

Imagine why Rudy is rejected?

If it is true, that Bill Barr has flipped. Then DOJ already gets Trump AND Rudy (and Pompeo and Mark Meadows etc)

Bill Barr left Trump admin in Dec 2020 and has been very quiet. It is consistent with a flip. Compare him to Pompeo who keeps yelling

Then imagine Jared Kushner flipping also. He would have done so likely around when Tom Barrack was arrested last summer. If Jared has flipped, he not only testifies against Trump & Pompeo (& Barrack) but testifies of the pardon selling scheme ie Roger Stone, Rep Gosar etc.

The imagine if Ivanka has flipped. Her behavior is consistent with a flip, totally opposite of Beavis & Butthead Trump who keep spewing magashit every day on all channels. If Ivanka flipped she delivers just about everybody in the above plus half of Jan 6th on top

Now consider Mark Meadows. He is ALSO quiet. He vanished. He must be negotiating a plea bargain, unless he has already flipped

If DOJ have Bill Barr, Jared, Ivanka & Mark Meadows, and they have Giuliani's evidence, they do not need Rudy. They get ALL of January 6th criminals :-)

And before you worry

Yes. EVERYBODY goes to prison. They do not get out of prison when they plea bargain about Jan 6th. We saw it with Lev Parnas

All these Trumpomobsters go to prison, incl those who flipped. They only can bargain for LESS time inside. Nobody walks
