If we look at the charts records of ‘Player of Games’, it hasn’t brought her the success she was hoping.
The song ‘Player of Games’ debuted on 18th December 2021 and was only 1-7 weeks on the billboard charts.

But how trustworthy is Grimes?
Grimes is known for trolling.
In the VF interview it’s confirmed she made false stories in the past and people believed her.
Looking at the title, does the meaning of 'infamy' reflect her act?

VF has 2 titles regarding the interview with Grimes. The first was shared online in March and the other with the title ‘Planet Grimes’ in April 2022 as a magazine.

The second title ‘Planet Grimes’ gives more a feeling of a fantasy story than an interview.
What is the reason to have 2 titles?
Grimes hasn’t considered going together to Mars, what seems weird if you already have discussed this with your partner.
Is it just another lie?

Interesting is how Liv describes the relationship:

Grimes worked hard to convince everybody that she is the gf of Elon Musk.
Trying to get with him on several occasions, while it isn't visible that they are in a love relationship.
It looked more that Elon Musk tried to avoid her as much as possible, while she tried to stay connected with Elon Musk through one-sided stories and controversial moves.
In the VF interview it's mentioned ‘she liked being Musk’s girlfriend’, writing the word ‘liked’ different.
Most commonly, italics are used for emphasis or contrast — that is, to draw attention to some particular part of a text.
Why would the writer want to do this?
Turning the narrative upside down:
"But in a new Vanity Fair profile, the pop star turned the narrative upside down with some bombshell news."
The new narrative the media is pushing with Grimes doesn't fit the other narrative the media is pushing regarding the 'new girlfriend'.
At least the media has a hard time correcting these mistakes in the storylines.
And with this ‘baby Y’ narrative, other people use it for clickbait/attention anything related to Grimes.
Interesting is Grimes saying “And so I feel like people are getting caught on a narrative that isn’t actually reflective of what’s going on.”

On having a baby, it isn’t clear either if it's baby X or baby Y story regarding 'having a baby recently'.
Story X ‘she was barely alive’ and had surgery, story Y ‘born via surrogate’.

Stage 4: Threat: Manipulation by pushing the narrative as ‘truth’
Was the interview and reveal of ‘Y’ in VF the last attempt of Grimes to make headlines again, stay connected to Elon Musk?
The VF article came out on the same day as the hearing of the famous ‘420 tweet’.

Grimes and Banks played a important role in the ‘420 tweet’ lawsuit since August 2018 as a ‘witness’ according to the ‘investors’.
They were both going to be subpoenaed and had to save all their communications as evidence.

In a recent Lex Fridman podcast, Grimes bringing up baby X and baby Y regularly, what would be expected from a mother.
The way she speak about them, reminds me more about having ‘things’ instead of ‘living beings’ (the baby, youngest baby, little baby).
While Grimes talked about her babies, Lex Fridman referred to them as baby computers.

Elon isn’t giving in on ‘baby Y’ narrative, like he did with the ‘baby X’ narrative.
In May 2020, did he thought it was funny to make a fool out of the narrative?
Did he thought or hoped people would know it was a joke, a simulation?
The weird name, making fun of the name in public ‘sounds like a password’ and ‘cat running over the keyboard’.
The narratives regarding getting ‘pregnant’, revealing the gender, pronouncing the name, hiding the face on social media doesn’t fit together either.

The pregnant bump was not visible in the live performance.
