Biden and other leaders were at a little known Dec 2021 summit. There they finalized plans to police the internet by forming the “Alliance for the Future of the Internet”.

Going by the above article, either countries comply with Bidens rules, or suffer the consequences.
And what are the rules? Elimination of freedom of speech in favor of censorship.

Here’s additional information I wasn’t aware of at the time. In April 2022, Biden had over 60 countries etc sign the “Declaration for the Future of the Internet”.
