6 years ago, Washington DC policymakers simulated a "New Normal" of skyrocketing food prices, famine, & climate migration.
Predictably, the end result was a UN Global Climate Government body & a global carbon tax.
In the scenario, prices increased 400%, and the players agreed to create an entire new UN body, strengthen the UN's existing institutions, enhance "public-private partnerships", & implement a global carbon tax.
The "Center for American Progress", led by John Podesta, was a key NGO that planned the food chain crisis simulation.
The "Center for American Progress" is sponsored by the Rockefeller Foundation, an NGO that has played a key role in establishing New Normal C0VlD tyranny.
Last August, the Rockefeller Foundation posted a whitepaper calling to "Reset The Table: Meeting the Moment to Transform the U.S. Food System".
It released many more whitepapers calling to take control of the US food supply chain for "climate" reasons.
These "liberal NGOs" are part of a network that seeks to advance UN 2030 Goals, ESG, & are often indistinguishable from the World Economic Forum & CIA.
Some have described Klaus Schwab as a frontman for the CIA & the Harvard foreign policy elite.
CIA work is typically laundered through NGOs which claim to have a liberal humanitarian mission.
The "covert action" to "overt action" trend seems to have begun in post-USSR Eastern Europe.
