1. Extensive Green Cover across the city is very impressive. Besides the benefits to the environment, for me it was a sense of calmness seeing the expanse of green. Reflects good priorities of city planning.
2. Beautiful Public Spaces at shopping centers and neighborhoods

3. Cycling Paradise! Yes, being a planned city, did help on this front, but it's exciting to see an Indian city with good cycling infrastructure and invested in improving and expanding it.

300+ kms of completed walking and cycling infrastructure(more underway), a cycling policy under discussion, NMT Cell and Apex Committee formed, longitudinal walk and cycle corridors proposed, largest & densest PBS in the city and a powerful ICCC @ChandigarhSmart @ChandigarhCmc

The picture didn't do enough justice and hence a video glimpse of the recent Sector 17 Rose Garden Ped-Cycle Underpass that was a treat to see! Inclusively designed space that is organically attracting a lot of activities. Foresseing many more like this in future! @SmartBikeIN
