This was a steady contrast in ‘16. Trump was ‘hateful’ but read a transcript of a rally speech; he attacked corporations that don’t support workers, out of touch DC idiots, bad trade deals/econ policy & illegals. Clinton’s targets were all internal, fellow everyday Americans

Centrists & the apolitical, but desperate to show you they are informed, like the both sides routine. They should be shamed for cowardice and their desire to be seen above it all. They also should be challenged for their stupidity. They stupidly cling to decades old cliches

The antiwar left is a ghost (died in 2009). The anti-Big Biz left is dead. The pro-worker left is a skinsuit worn by woke activists who prioritize identity politics. The left loves every police state power except the local cops they don’t control.

If you mentioned the Russiagate insanity & Mueller with hunt, centrists mention Q Anon. Both were soap opera scripts but Mueller & Russiagate pushers could arrest people. Q Anon were online RWers at home without any power. They both were soap opera fans but one had real power

It is a coward’s retreat. They know the left is insane but cannot be seen as siding with low status right wingers. Remind them of every blue haired psycho radlib. Remind them of the illiterate vote banks. Remind them of the crime filled cities. Remind them of failure.

Bill Maher is a lib who has seen his side pass him by. He won’t side with the right but he’ll retreat to a centrist spot. Others are doing it across America. They’ll likely never align with the right but they may stay home and hope the woke gets tired. They are way out of touch…

The woke dogs cannot be called off. Centrists will be the minority in their party as every ethnonarcissist assumes bureaucratic roles and true believers craft policy papers where their ideology will defy reality (results be damned) and likely make us primitive if they succeed

These people do matter because they are independent voters even if they lean D often, but more importantly, they are often striver and UMC class. Their declarations in small groups or public spaces do have influence.
