As we know Luffy beating Kaido and the raid succeeding was almost entirely dependent on Spitting the 2 Emperors Big mom and Kaido apart.

Their Montrous strength together was Way Way too much for anyone on the island to handle together. id argue that even if everyone on the alliance teamed up against them idk if they’d be able to pull it off. splitting them up was the best decision made

So now we Have Kid and Killer dashing off to take on The Yonko Big mom, & Although Killer didn’t have any direct part in the battle against her i believe his role was one of if not THE most important Role of any supernova on the Alliances side.

it all starts with him. Basil Hawkins. To the one piece community many tend to write him off as a weakling, which is true to an extent but in all actuality, he has the most dangerous devil fruit on onigashima.

Kid was willing and able to try and take Hawkins out. But we know that was not his role in this War. Without Eustass Kids brute strength Aiding Law Big mom would not have been toppled, And This is why if Killer was not with the rooftop Supernova 5, Kid Along with Law would fail.

If it wasn’t clear before let me make it clear. Killer vs Hawkins was not a strength fight!!the ground is littered with dolls and Hawkins says his outlook was poor. Many love to discredit Killers power by making fun of his match up, when Killer was the ONLY one who could beat him

As i was Saying Yes Killer fought a weakling in Hawkins but that wasn’t the point. the POINT was to Give Eustass Kid and by extension the Alliance a fighting chance and many seem to ignore the truth about the context of this fight.

Killer only started having minor Problems with Hawkins when it was revealed Kids body was being held hostage. I HIGHLY doubt any straw hat pirate could deal with Hawkins in a situation like this due to the incredibly massive loophole that enabled Killer to actually Win.

Killer was the only person who could have beaten Hawkins on onigashima. Nobody else has a seriously noticeable amputation like Kid did. If Kid had 2 normal arms the alliance would be FUCKED

there is no conceivable way Kid would have gotten his shit together If Killer Kept Cutting him down, Especially seeing all of the brutal attacks big mom dished out on Kid, Law to begin with.

Killer started the Domino effect to the Alliances victory. & it was only appropriate that a Supernova be the one to do it. If Killer didn’t beat Hawkins Big mom would most likely defeat Kid And Law and go up to join Kaido as she intended. and most certainly would kill Luffy

Killers Guts and Loyalty aren’t spoken on enough for my taste. His devotion to Kid is something only rivaled by Zoro and Sanji in this aspect. so much so that he put pride to the side and fought someone like Hawkins when he could have gotten the glory in big moms defeat with Kid.
