You can't be an ally to Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual people if you are a "sex realist" it's indivisible with pathologization of homosexuality as mental illness
Eugenics is invested in controlling reproduction and it does this by focusing on differences to dehumanize
Concerns about gender-affirming care is explicitly concern about controlling reproduction; they fear-monger specifically about people becoming sterilized
It's always white supremacists who want more white babies most invested; whether it's "sex" or "race" realism

I like feminism that's critical of this history and aware of how it's been used and continues to be used for white supremacy, to be clear
I'm not explicitly anti-feminist but also not willing to ignore or excuse the evils of white feminism
These discussions of "sex realism" don't go directly to topics of how we structure societies and their future by accident
It's not a mistake that they want you to think about the future of all humanity when discussing this; our values, beliefs, and assumptions
