When we unmasked and stopped isolating these are the kinds of people we affirmed

We told them they are right to be entitled and aggrieved; society gave them every excuse to be the worst version of themselves

They won't ever forget that their worst instincts are state-approved We told them their comfort and luxury was worth the lives of others

They reacted in the most selfish and dehumanizing manner blaming the "weak and the old" and the state/media gave them every excuse to continue

I searched for ABA content on Twitter for a couple years and this analysis lines up pretty well with what I’ve seen.

The positive and neutral content on ABA flounders because those accounts aren’t actually interacting with anyone they are just non-profit employees filling quotas The motivations for the study seem pretty transparently political(seperate from clinical work, techniques etc.)

Problem is that the dataset sucks it’s filled by these non-profits talking into a void filling out their checklist for media interactions

"By 1948, euthanasia doctors and nurses began to receive reduced sentences and acquittals as they became viewed as subjective accomplices of the Nazi state rather than perpetrators and murderers. In other words, the courts and society did not see them as evil to the core." "On top of clemency for those tried in court, most doctors and nurses involved in euthanasia continued to work in the medical profession without even being barred from practice."

There's 2 possible positions on Minister Lametti's comments encouraging the use of #MAID for suicide

He doesn't understand #MAID (in which case his tabling of #BillC7 is in serious question)

or

#MAID is a valid response to suicidal ideation sometimes
thestar.com/politics/provi… You can't both suggest that Minister Lametti understands #MAID and also that isn't a valid response to suicidal ideation (at least under "certain conditions")

He's the one who tabled the amendments we are discussing

A lot of the people feigning disgust at people in #LegislatedPoverty accessing #MAID have never opened their mouth to advocate for better support

If you think this is the responsibility of one party you really haven't been paying attention

You are not to discuss the undesirables in public, never to speak to them as humans

We only discuss them in the abstract, as a burden to those "moving on" from #SARSCoV2

One of the really depressing things about #MAID is that media only considers centering Disabled people in the process of applying

As long as Disabled perspectives only matter as part of a bludgeon against political opponents we will not know truth in media about this issue As long as we ignore the mass disabling event and call obviously covid-related deaths/sickness "mysterious" flus and "strange" excess death

We are erasing Disability from public view

"The most comprehensive survey of psychiatrists on the topic to date showed most psychiatrists who responded oppose euthanasia for sole mental illness"

"However, many(psychiatrists) are also reluctant to speak out since they fear potential backlash ... "
mileniostadium.com/temas-de-capa/… "Remember that the public has been told MAiD is supposed to be for “irremediable” medical conditions (i.e. when we can predict the condition will not improve). In terms of science and evidence, it is clear that there is no science or evidence that mental illness can be predicted"

You mean to tell us you are responsible for thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of deaths?

You mean to tell us that you lied about masking and isolation? That you gaslighted honest concerns and fueled infection advocacy? Oh what's that?

You still won't make voting accessible?

If you wanted to wait for the election now you have the worst of both worlds; pissed everyone off both infection advocates and everyone who wasn't gaslighted into giving up

This is a proposition to offer to #MAID people who have been detained in prison/ after 6 months

This is not autonomy; this is a potential pipeline from suicidal ideation/criminal activity to death

Proposed "Mental Health" Pipeline
1: You struggle with ideations
2: You attempt and are detained against your will
3: After 6 months of isolation from society in custody you are offered a "mercy death"

Does that sound like autonomy?

This was the reasoning behind fast-tracking the #MAID legislation #BillC7(bypassing the regular process of appeal)

@DavidLametti why you appeal to process when it comes to raising support amounts, but appeal to emotion on this

How much longer do they have to suffer?

This is the result of #MAID expansions on our collective morality and ethics

Eric's right that if you support the current MAID regime that it's logically consistent to support at least some infanticide for #Eugenics

What did Carter and Truchon cases actually identify as concerns with expanding #MAID access to those "suffering with mental illness"

Will you listen to one side of this debate without knowing the history? Here's some quotes from the cases "supporting expanding MAID"
#CdnPoli Reminder: The mental illness clause was added in the supreme court

The people who added this to the legislation aren't elected and are not directly accountable to the electorate

#MAID proponents would rather default to lying to themselves than just looking into claims made

Make no mistake this lack of interest in double-checking data is entirely self-serving; a quick google backs up what Carla says here I don't suspect Jocelyn here is misleading us on purpose

I believe their Faith in the #MAID regime gives them reasons to jump to assumptions about accessibility without looking at the data that would confirm/deny the claim

I'm so tired of #MAID "experts" explaining that I should have faith in the system

Of repeating the same one-line truism as if it's a new revelation for me

People that politely "don't understand" but also will look past hours of citations I've provided to explain If you are so convinced why are you so defensive?

Why do you seek out opinions like yours and "like" every reply in obscure reply threads?(that everyone else ignores)

Are you really as confident in your practice as you suggest or are you operating on a sunken cost?

Behaviorism is a limited way to understand motivation

Behavior analysis is a series of assumptions that motivation follows logic

Behavior is unpredictable and nuanced; people don't just act in their best interest or to avoid punishment they do what they think is right It's a simple and assuring way to downplay the complexities of human behavior into logic that's objective

It's starting with a premise and making the data fit your assumptions

Hey Autistic Person with Large Following/Reputation in Canada Here
#ActuallyAutistic
Ontario doesn't need an Autism Program and emphasis on it in politics is driven by lobbyists that push services that aren't evidence-driven/highly correlated to trauma
#ABAisAbuse #OnPoli The Ontario Liberals, when faced with the issue of #ODSPoverty(disability supports being legislated poverty), decided they can't commit to raising #ODSP significantly

Instead they are using #50KisNotOK to feign action on Disability

If you care about me look at #StopTheShock and boost some of the Autistic people speaking out

I would really appreciate if you paid attention to it; it isn't just US politics it's #ABA politics
#BanABA #ActuallyAutistic The more we can reveal their abuse to the public the more international pressure to replace what has become the standard approach to "supporting" autistic people in the world

I focus a lot more on Disability than #Autism but all the Autism Parents still treat me as though I am only advocating for "Aspies with Rainbows"

Don't even bother to look whether their critique matches; If you are able to type clearly they assume you erase the people that can't It actually doesn't matter what I put my effort into advocating on I get the exact same critical feedback even if I never mention autism

My biggest critics haven't changed their critique for half a decade(and the critique was stolen from autistic people I don't like anyways)

It really sucks that what it takes to get people to talk about #Autism is a global misinformation campaign that threatens to undermine pandemic response efforts
