Document 663 has hit the docket in US V #GhislaineMaxwell.
The 77 page document has a 36 page submission plus supporting docs.
So after a very quick read I have some thoughts.

I will reread closely to see if she actually expressed any concern for the survivors. @lisapodcasts

The main jist is that she believes the expected sentence is too long, she is a replacement for #Epstein and she's been so hard done by. That she is taking the blame for cover ups by men, politicians, men, the media, and again the actions of men.

Oh apparently she has never been named in anything before her arrest.
Yet this is contradicted later on in this document.
The #Epstein deal in 2008 named 4 women AND 'including but not limited to'.
Many believe her name was removed due to family pressure to keep the name intact

While #GhislaineMaxwell's team says she was not involved survivors say otherwise. Survivor after survivor spoke of Maxwell when #Epstein's case was closed after his death.

The submission talks about the pain caused by #Epstein.
Did they not sit through the same court case as us? #GhislaineMaxwell was found guilty of sex trafficking.
witnesses spoke of her abuse.
She created pain.
As for the husband #ScottBorgenson where was he?

Here her team says she did not run from authorities but was hiding from the press.
And that her lawyers were in touch with authorities.
However her lawyers did not know where she was and as a result her summons on a civil matter by @anniefarmer had to be emailed. Tad strange IMHO

Sex offenders are not well thought of in the prison system.
Note 'belief'.
Also note that other people have alleged death threats from the #Epstein camp (Vicky Ward and Graydon Carter of Vanity Fair) along with other survivors. One has claimed #GhislaineMaxwell threatened her.

Throughout the lead up to her trial #GhislaineMaxwell complained she did not have enough time to prepare for trial.
Yet she did six courses?
So which is it?

Now the harsh family upbringing.
And yet while her surviving siblings have murky financial history (Hello Jersey Island) none of them have been found guilty of sex trafficking.
Neither have the millions of other adults who survived harsh, or harsher childhoods.

Time to head to her Oxford days.
No mention of the Kitty Kat Club or some of the less savoury classmates.

So her relationship ended due to an alleged 'blackmail' about her name in civil suits.
Many survivors rely on civil suits due to statutes of limitations which denies survivors and prosecutors the ability to press criminal charges after a set time.

TerraMar foundation, founded in 2012 (husband #ScottBorgerson was on the board in March 2012) was 500k 'underwater' according to Business Insider.
We looked closely at her then recent ex Ted Waitt's ocean foundation she 'modelled' her's on.
Waitt's foundation actually did work.

Not a danger and had never been accused of a crime, yet hang on what about those civil cases?
Remember statutes of limitations result in many survivors persuing justice through civil courts.
But correct no previous 'criminal' actions.
Really Waitt supports her? Mmmm

This page and the use of the word "allegedly" by her team - again were they not in court to hear the guilty verdict.
And now prison conditions will fill pages and pages.

Her accommodation was not up to scratch and she was watched.
Notice her team forgot to mention that guards had to ask, and complain higher up, about her refusal to flush her toilet. These incidents were docketed.

Yes any touching of breasts and genitalia is wrong without consent.
Just ask survivors who were witnesses in #GhislaineMaxwell's trial, especially @anniefarmer

Seems covid only screwed her time in jail, no one else's.
And of course her weight is brought up.
This has been refuted many times by the DOJ on the docket.
Firstly in Dec 2020 and again in April 2021. In fact in the Dec she weighed a few pounds more that she did when arrested.

Leah Saffian wasn't docketed as her attorney but was at the trial, using her phone constantly, talking to the family and yelling at the press.
Saffian, said to be the author of the In And Out photos, represented Kevin Maxwell in London during his financial woes.

'Heiress' well after the Miami Herald piece on the Maxwell papers found in the Jersey Islands there may be a bit of a different take on her claims she was not an heiress.
And then there is the assertion she met #Epstein AFTER her father's death which many claim is not true.

Now as for her EMT qualifications. No doubt she had them and a helicopter and submarine licence (#Epstein bought a helicopter for her use) but did she ever work as an EMT?
Did the community ever benefit from these skills?

I will read the submission again more closely and look at the exhibits attached.
No doubt I will have more to say.
I will say I'm proud that @lisapodcasts and I were considered such a threat that her attorneys docketed our work during one of their many attempts to dismiss charges

One notable exception is there are no letters of support from her bestie…
