DoD chapter 13 part 2 released in Japanese earlier today.

As Sasara pulls Samatoki out of danger, Samatoki yells at Sasara to let him go. Sasara calls him an idiot - after all, what can the two of them possibly do against a super-powerful serial killer?

Meanwhile, Ichirou and Kuukou are kickin' it and drinking soda. #hypspoiler

Ichirou's got work after this (he ALWAYS has work, Kuukou points out - but cool, Kuukou will come with him) and is just getting up to go when he spots an irritated-looking Samatoki and an utterly winded Sasara. What's going on with them? #hypspoiler

Sasara and Samatoki fill in Ichirou and Kuukou with the whole story, and Ichirou suggests turning this issue over to the police. Yeah, Sasara says, that's probably for the bes-

NO! Not on Samatoki and Kuukou's watch! #hypspoiler

Cracking his knuckles, Samatoki vows that he won't let it end like this. Kuukou's reasons are somewhat less personal - he doesn't want to let the cops have all the fun - but he's opting for the ass-kicking route too. #hypspoiler

After such winning arguments, Ichirou is fully on board, and even Sasara comes around after a bit of peer pressure. Yeah, why not? Time to show this shady mass murderer what MCD's made of!

Speaking of mass murderers...

Jakurai and Ramuda arrive at Samatoki's office, but they're a bit too late - it's empty, albeit turned totally upside down. Jakurai asks what their plan is now, and Ramuda says they'll have to go find him and fight him somewhere else. #hypspoiler

The issue is, where's this somewhere else? Fortunately, Ramuda receives a text from Ichijiku telling him the serial killer went off in the Minami-Ikebukuro Park direction. Flashing a peace sign, Ramuda tells Jakurai he's found a clue! And so they set off. #hypspoiler

Meanwhile, Yagumo [his name got fixed] and Higashinashi are trying to hunt down Samatoki, only for Samatoki (and co.) to appear right in front of them and challenge them to a battle! Higashinashi salivates at the thought and pulls out his mic. #hypspoiler

But before he can attack, MCD blasts him with a powerful, four-person attack that sends him flying!

Higashinashi regains his footing and raps back about how he's gonna fuck 'em up and screw with their heads. MCD cries in pain. #hypspoiler

Oh shit! This guy's stronger than they expected!

But Samatoki won't be deterred. He straightens up, and the rest of MCD raps back. These raps are the usual style of Hypmic diss raps. "You may be a sadist, but you're not the greatest" kind of thing. #hypspoiler

Higashinashi is knocked back, but even those sweet, sweet MCD bars aren't enough to take him down. As Higashinashi prepares to fight back, MCD tries to guard themselves. Is this the end...?

NOPE, 'cause guess who's here to lend a lil' helping hand? #hypspoiler

If you guessed Ramuda (and Jakurai), you were right! Yagumo laughs, since it makes no difference how many people show up - Higashinashi will beat them all anyway!

MCD and KP launch a group attack, each showcasing their unique themes and styles. #hypspoiler

The attack SLAMS into Higashinashi, who slumps over but doesn't fall. Did the attack... not work?

But then Ramuda walks right up to Higashinashi without fear and reports that nope, the battle's over. Higashinashi passed out standing up. #hypspoiler

Sasara sighs in relief, and Kuukou compliments the backbone this dude showed.

Yagumo gasps in disbelief and tries to run away, but Samatoki stops him. Seething, Samatoki questions how DARE Yagumo show his ugly mug to Samatoki again. #hypspoiler

As Yagumo screams in terror, Ichirou asks the million dollar question - why is Ramuda here? Well, that's 'caaaause... Jakurai's actually a superhero! (This is apparently news to Jakurai.) And when there's a bad guy on the loose, Jakurai swoops in to help! #hypspoiler

Ignoring the fact that this doesn't really answer Ichirou's question, Samatoki grudgingly thanks KP for the help. Ramuda gloats for a minute before remembering that Higashinashi is still in their midst, so the gang calls the police and see him escorted back to prison. #hypspoiler

Well, all's well that ends well! Ramuda says it feels great to do a good deed, and Jakurai agrees. Sasara, on the other hand, just feels exhausted. Samatoki is pensive re: Yagumo's involvement, and Ichirou and Kuukou both resolve to train harder from now on. #hypspoiler

Samatoki agrees, and Ramuda chimes in: he and Jakurai need to get stronger too. In fact, they should all try to compete and see who can become the strongest of all of them! Everyone agrees that this sounds fun (except for poor Sasara, who's tired and not feeling it). #hypspoiler

Ichirou turns to the group and makes another suggestion. When the time comes, they should all fight head-on!

There is a flash-forward of each of the leaders rapping two years later, followed by a photo of the main 6 grinning. The series ends here. #hypspoiler
