amber heard was the first one who sued. she tried to sue doug stanhope when he spoke out in 2016 to defend johnny depp.
doug said that right before the alleged assault JD told him that AH was threatened to lie about him.

people think it’s crazy that one would presume amber heard faked evidence all these years. so let me highlight a few things
this is what amber heard’s mom texted johnny that same day before the incident. “id hate to think ive been a pawn in this game”
in the AH & JD phone call after the TRO, AH said “do you understand that the pictures i have match w text messages to my mom back and forth about it”
JD text to amber, rocky, and josh after the incident. “you were already ready to strike”
isaac, AH herself, and her parents all said that she only said she was being abused so she could get the TRO which would give her the penthouses. hence the blackmail
extortion letter.
since #IStandWithAmberHeard people keep saying "how could amber lie to people about being abused all those years, it's a reach"
it's not hard to imagine when you start noticing that those same stories she would tell people were actually times she was being abusive to johnny depp
like april 2016.

in a recorded convo he mentions her punching him that day, she never says he did anything to her, and she doesn’t deny what he said. last is johnny’s text to her dad after the incident.
the most recorded incidents that AH did were december’s 2015 headbutting incident and the last one in may 2016.
my opinion is that she also faked evidence as a *just in case* bc in these 2 incidents JD was close to leaving her. she’s already known to use defensive strategies
not to mention, in the audio shown above, she admits she said she was being abused so she could get the TRO thus getting the penthouses & everything else.
despite her saying she did it to escape the physical abuse & violence.
also saying that she did it because she feared for her life. even though she broke the TRO to see him and kept asking him to hug her, and that she specifically said in the audio “i don’t know if you know, but i came over here to get you back”
every time she felt threatened was when she prepared a lot of evidence in the case that he left imo, also coinciding with her being physical with JD. every time there’s evidence corresponding w JD possibly leaving her, the evidence presented would ramp up.
in the 4 hour audio recorded on sept. 2015, she slipped in “in the plane when you kicked me,” which he replied w “I didn’t kick you in the fucking plane” & she says “I know” and moves on. the 4 hr audio was the same day that AH sent the above messages to JD.
whenever she feels threatened, she gets on the defense and prepares, him leaving was the biggest threat.

she also introduced new allegations when she saw that johnny depp presented evidence of her abusing him. such as what tara witnessed.
if she adds an incident to coincide with JD proving her violence, now she can say it was self-defense right
