Holy shit.

Hunter brokered a massive sale of oil between China and Russia.

This was at the same time he had JiaQi Bao placed in his office as a secretary/spy by the "spy chief of China".

JiaQi Bao was a graduate of Tsinghua University who claimed to be working at Hong Kong finance firms before she went to work for Hunter at his partner's request as a clerk and a translator.

Hunter, shocking no one, appears to have slept with her.

Thing is, JiaQi lied about past work experience. She was actually a research assistant at the National Development and Reform Commission.

The NDRC is the Constituent Departments of the State Council (think a Cabinet department ala State or Defense) tasked with managing the Chinese economy at the macroeconomic level.

He Lifeng has been the Minister in charge of the NDRC since 2017, and is a member of the New Zhijiang Army - a subclique within Xi’s Tsinghua Clique comprised of provincial leaders who helped Xi advance to his current position as Chairman of the People’s Republic of China.

One of the key roles of the NDRC is managing the supply of Chinese energy, especially coal and oil.

This is vital for Chinese national security, as China imports 80% of their oil from the Middle East and 57% of coal came from Australia.

China has already boycotted Australian coal in favor of less efficient and far worse polluting coal from Inner Mongolia, which presents a serious water issue for the already water-strapped North half of China.

The sourcing of oil from the Middle East is even worse from a security perspective, however, because of the chokepoint at the Strait of Malacca.

China recognizes this vulnerability and has decided to begin building pipelines to Russia and Iran to bypass as much of the threat of Indian Navy and Royal Australian Navy from blockading the straits.

And so we now have evidence that in addition to helping CEFC bribe officials in Senegal and Uganda into inviting China in to bankrupt their countries, Hunter Biden was helping China gain the leverage they needed over Russia to turn Putin into their client state.

This deal would go a long way to securing a portion of China's oil supply by routing it through the emptiness of Russia.

So congrats, Hunter. There's a decent Chance you helped Xi convince Putin to invade Ukraine.

Some background info on CEFC can be found below. I've been talking about Hunter's connections to this State-Owned Enterprise for a while now.

Meet Ye Jianming. He is the founder of CEFC, and is currently in jail in China for corruption.

For years, Jianming claimed descent from Ye Jianying. Jianying was one of the Ten Founding Marshals of the People’s Liberation Army and a key figure in overthrowing the Gang of Four during the final years of Mao's life.

After Mao’s death, Jianying was a key support of Deng.

If true, this made Jianming a Princeling of the PLA, a position of extreme hereditary privilege within the PRC generally and the CCP in particular.

Little information on the origin of CEFC China Energy is available in Western sources. What little we know claims Jianming was a forestry worker in the 1990's who some how managed to turn that job into a billion dollar energy firm.

In spite of his rapidly advancing wealth within China and his actions in Africa, no one in the West had heard about him until Milos Zeman replaced Vaclav Havel as President of the Czech Republic.

Viewed as being more friendly towards China, Zeman soon found himself getting propositions from CEFC for BRI investments in his country.

The investment choices were weird.

Why would an energy firm in China want to buy a brewery and a television network in Eastern Europe?

Eventually, Jianming was actually named one of Zeman's economic advisors. Information which was kept from the Czech Parliament for months.

And something which raised red flags with the opposition.

At this same time, Jianming was working with a PLA admiral (name unknown, but widely believed to be a staff officer) to secure recognition of an NGO he was setting up with the UN.

Officially meant to be a think-tank on energy issues which could advise the UN, the NGO quickly turned into a Belt and Road Initiative cheerleader which weirded people out for how aggressively pro-China the organization was.

At every point, CEFC billed itself as a State-Owned Enterprise doing business on behalf of the Chinese government, investing in developing countries and Eastern Europe.

Think the British East India Company, with Chinese characteristics.

In 2017, CEFC drew the attention of the world when they set up a deal with Russian oil giant Rosfnet.

This is the deal Hunter and his firm, Hudson West, helped broker.

CEFC obtained a 14% share of the State-Owned oil firm Rosfnet.

At which point the US Government began a thorough examination of their business practices.

CEFC had been engaged in bribery in Uganda, Chad, Senegal, Libya, and Qatar. Caixian, a Chinese financial news firm, found a network of false transactions between firms with no official connection to CEFC which were designed to inflate the value of the firm.

There were even implications the firm was preparing to engage in gun smuggling to support militant groups in Libya and Qatar.

And the latest voice-mails discovered on the laptop Hunter Biden abandoned at a computer repair shop indicates Joe Biden knew what his son was doing.
