Aptos is a new blockchain focusing in scalability.
ROADMAP
Q1 2022: Developer testnet launch (March 15)
Q2 2022: Incentivized testnet launch (right now ⭐️)
Q3 2022: Mainnet launch (Sept-Oct)
Although in testnet, there are still things to try to get $APT & other airdrops

Aptos raised 350M from investors like @a16z, @circle_ventures, @jump_, @FTX_Official, @multicoincap, @apolloglobal
For comparison, Solana raised 25M before launch
This could be a big VC dump, so careful with hype when $APT starts trading in a few months

The team consists of people with ties to Diem/Novi, Facebook's dead crypto project.
They have their own programming language, called "Move", formerly used by @DiemAssociation.
Many Solana developers are allegedly fleeing to Aptos.
They claim to have 160K of TPS

INCENTIVIZED TESTNET 🪂
There will be 4 rounds of "Incentivized Testnets" where users can run a node and get $APT when the token launches.
Aptos recently concluded Incentivized Testnet Round #2, with 225 participants. Each of them is getting 500 $APT tokens.

How does this work?

• They get accepted by the team
• They meet the requirements for the round (to be published)
