Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu brought 40 years history into perspective when he made that simple yet well loaded #Emilokan Declaration & I will do that with this article for the sake of the uninformed, the informed & those who care to listen.

Here's history in perspective:
Shagari MISMANAGED Nigeria's oil boom till 1983, Most States owed salaries, they couldn't pay workers.

A bloodless Coup took place to salvage the horrible situation, 31 December 1983, Buhari became the Head of State & RESET BUTTON was ACTIVATED!

General Buhari bailed out all the States owing Nigerian Civil Servants in 1984 as Head of State.
37 years later, Jonathan MISMANAGED oil boom till 2014, Most States owed salaries.
Buhari bailed them out again as President in 2015/2016
History will be kind to President Buhari!

Something happened that truncated that RESET button Buhari pressed, the OWNERS of Nigeria PLC ably represented by General Babangida struck, 27 August 1985, Buhari was removed less than 20 months in office.
Ibrahim Babangida’s 8yrs reign CONTAMINATED EVERYTHING in Nigeria!

Ibrahim Babangida turned EVERYTHING upside down including our religious peaceful space. He woke up one morning in 1986 & informed the world that Nigeria has joined Organization of Islamic countries (OIC).
That trajectory changed religious perspectives & political involvement.

Babangida CORRUPTED EVERYTHING....
Babangida's $12.4 Billion Gulf War Oil Windfall alleged disappearance, MOENYTIZATION of top Military guys that exposed them to such, Annulment of June 12 that MKO Abiola won....Babangida was that EVIL.
Here's where history took another route:

May 1994, NADECO movement was formed after Sanni Abacha removed the FIDIHE (Interim) Government of Ernest Shonekan & declared himself as the Head of State. Abacha arrested M.K.O. Abiola and somehow he died in jail. Human Right activists arose to battle this Abacha the dictator.

Among those who rose against Abacha regime was this YOUNG Bola Ahmed Tinubu, a seasoned technocrat who just became a Senator at the age of 41 from Lagos , running away from assassinations going on in the country, many of them ran for their lives, yet operating ACTIVELY...

Tinubu was the major financier of NADECO movement The international community recognized NADECO as the mouthpiece for Nigeria’s democratic struggle. The Pro-Democracy leaders of those days found solace in partnering with such brave mind...Prof Wole Soyinka gave us a hint:

Somehow Abacha left the scene, Abubakar Abdulsalam took over, Niki Tobi was set up & we had 1999 Constitution as we returned to DEMOCRACY.

Suddenly, those who never fought for Democracy began to take the leading role to enjoy what they never fought for.

Thankfully, that young Senator Tinubu of 1991 who was part of the struggle from the outset became the Lagos State Governor in 1999.
His record in Lagos, his leadership TEMPLATE, his ability to FIGHT using the same 1999 Constitutional provision deepened our Democracy the more.

So, memory of MISMANAGEMENT was brought back into Nigeria's history when Government repeated exactly what Shagari did by wasting Oil Boom opportunity we had in the 80s. Did he waste that Oil boom opportunity alone? They also DEPLETED everything they met on ground.. EVERYTHING!

They turned Aso Rock to DEPLETION CENTER, shared our commonwealth among the "Owners of Nigeria PLC"...
They were TOGETHER in RAPING Nigeria, Religious leaders, Ethnic leaders, Both Genders...Nigeria was taken to Golgotha to be slain.
Then the DEMOCRATIC REVOLUTION came in 2015👌

That Asiwaju Ahmed Tinubu ensured that his leadership democratic TEMPLATE is sustained in Lagos. He used his doggedness to ensure that the Obasanjo Tsunami did not touch Lagos. He formed alliance that brought APC as a strong opposition. That opposition came into limelight.

So what took you so long @officialABAT since 1991?
Ok, we needed the personality of Buhari to RESET Nigeria again. That RESET button has brought some pains, retooling of mindset towards INFRASTRUCTURE. What we were told couldn't happen in 20 years are coming into reality.

New level comes with New Devil & the challenges keep changing in Nigeria.
Tinubu is needed to CONTINUE the Infrastructural prosperity that Buhari has brought back, & the impossible laws that Buhari admin came to sign into EXISTENCE, while Strengthening the weak areas we have!

The PROJECTS their HIGH GDP couldn't achieve, Buhari is DOING them with LOW GDP.
Those who couldn't show any logical reason in debate will run into VIRTUAL world of HDI are d same people running from Onitsha to Lagos where real HUMAN DEVELOPMENT is taking place. Tinubu BUILT MEN!

The Template that brought Lekki Atlantic City to spring forth out of Ocean Surge, d TEMPLATE that created Free Trade Zone, that increase Legos Revenue drastically & made Lagos INDEPENDENT financially, that TEMPLATE that Set LIRS, LASMA, Judicial reform etc is needed in Nigeria.

Now that Nigeria is BACK ON TRACK of REAL Infrastructure & economic development, we need Lagos TEMPLATE to be replicated across the Nation from the Centre by Bola Tinubu.

It might have taken almost 30years gap to go back on track in Nigeria, but now we're ON THE MATCH AGAIN!♾♾
