When I sued Trump for defamation, he had my email hacked. He had the law firm doing his transition try to confirm a piece of info from my hacked email he thought would help him force a judge to change the venue, meaning I couldn't sue him in NY, wld have to start over in MD. 1/13

I'd given up my apt and was staying with a friend in NYC when not in MD helping care for my sick father. It took 6 weeks to get a new apt I would be sharing with a friend. Info from my hacked email would only show I'd left the one apt. I got new email after the hacking. 2/13

The FBI latched onto this: Someone high up enough in Trump world with authority to pay and instruct Holland & Knight to confirm my whereabouts had them do so, obv not telling them it was info in my hacked email they thought they could use against me 3/13

A non-lawyer woman there handles crisis comms and "investigations" for rich, famous people being sued for libel/defamation. I knew her 30 years earlier and she contacts me out of the blue. ALL she was interested in was where I was living, twisting herself in knots to find out4/13

Basically, trying to see if I was spending at least 50% of my time in NY. I agreed to lunch. She lied to me, lied about the work her firm was doing for Trump. I asked her point blank. I contacted FBI agents investigating the email hacking with whom I was in regular contact. 5/13

When Trump and his thugs couldn't verify my whereabouts to use the info against me in court w/o admitting they had my hacked emails, they appear to have enlisted WikiLeaks 6/13

Remember, WikiLeaks released info from hacked emails of Hillary, Podesta, et al. Trump could not get a judge to order a venue change unless he could prove I wasn't in NY at least 50% of the time. He could not say "we have her email". His sleazy law firm couldn't confirm it. 7/13

He needed public, independent verification (or suggested verification) to accomplish this. Remember how Mueller showed Trump knew WikiLeaks had Hillary's hacked emails before they published them? That call from Roger Stone w/ Rick Gates in the car with Trump? 8/13

WikiLeaks "somehow" gets the info (hacked email), publishes it, and Trump uses it, was the plan. I'd just gotten my Twitter blue check mark. WikiLeaks tweeted this obv as "cover" for including me and listing me as living w/my parents in MD. "housing relationships" odd phrase 9/13

Trump had me banned from TV bcs I confirmed a WashPost report had a superPAC and lied about self funding. The catfishing of me began that day. He defamed, my lawyer sent a cease and desist and then Trump did it again. 10/13

McGahn then tried to get me to sign an NDA to shut up about that superPAC in exchange for Trump deleting his defamatory tweets and I'd agree not to sue him. I told them to shove it. The damage was done and he got Zucker to blacklist me from CNN bcs of the defamatory tweets.11/13

JD Gordon was able to them have then-AG Sessions order SDNY to shut the FBI investigation after he got a visit from agents after using info from my hacked email the FIRST time he and Caputo tried to get their right wing pal at USA Today to fire me.12/13

btw they also shuttered two IC whistleblower hacking investigations upon Sessions orders.
Every investigation Sessions, Whitaker, or Barr ordered shuttered when they got too close to Trump, needs to be re-opened. Get Geoffrey Berman under oath. 13/13

PS -- I had to hide my car at times, knew I was likely being followed, and FBI said they could not give me details along the way but would IMMEDIATELY let me know if they learned I or my family was in danger and to report everything to them.
