#GhislaineMaxwell’s lawyers are suing her, her brother Kevin and her estranged husband #ScottBorgenson over legal bills and claim she’s hidden assets!
Her Colorado lawyers, Haddon, Morgan & Foreman says Maxwell, who also represented her in 2015 in the civil defamation case brought against her by @VRSVirginia, claims they are owed more than $850k.
The firm alleges that her brother Kevin and husband Scott tried to hide #GhislaineMaxwell’s assets so they couldn’t be used to pay her legal fees.

From the 18 page document we can see that #GhislaineMaxwell is still in New York and is yet to be transferred to Florida.

According to the suit #KevinMaxwell said that Borgerson had been delaying payments.
The suit also notes Borg’s setting up of LLCs.
HMF believes that the Borg controlled properties were bought with funds provided by #GhislaineMaxwell.

Is Kevin throwing Borg under the bus?
Was a lot of this blame game to delay payments?
Will the sale of Borg’s Manchester By The Sea home be delayed now?
But so far #BobbiSternheim hasn’t launched any actions to get paid.
Sternheim has had a long association with the Maxwell’s, representing Kevin and Ian in 1992 in the UK during the bankruptcy proceedings after their father Robert’s death.
