BB/MTC+ chapter 16 was released earlier today in Japanese! Summary thread below:

Hanmyou [leader of a drug-dealing yakuza gang, Juuto's nemesis] and his men lounge around in a gaudily decorated apartment and hold a toast for their accomplishments. Things are easy when they make small-time gangsters do their dirty work -

- and when situations occur like this most recent one, heck, they have Chuuouku to come bail them out. Well, Hanmyou amends, not Chuuouku per se... One of the yakuza asks what he means, but Hanmyou refuses to tell them. Then perhaps would he be inclined to tell Juuto?

The yakuza jolt, and only now do they realize that Juuto's walked in. Hanmyou insults him and then asks how much backup he has. None, Juuto says. He came alone. Hanmyou reminds Juuto that he'll be in for a world of pain if he messes with Hanmyou.

But Juuto merely chuckles. He eats better threats than that for breakfast. Hanmyou gets pissed, and his men rise to their feet, cracking their knuckles. Hanmyou warns Juuto again not to mess with him for fear of the Criminal Affairs Bur-

Juuto cuts him off. He isn't afraid of them!
Juuto: I stand in front of you right now to take revenge for every single person who's died by your hands, you filthy son of a bitch!
Then he chuckles. Another reason why he doesn't care? He's already lost his job.

As his speakers come to life behind him, Juuto declares that he has nothing else left to lose!
He raps about his self-appointed mission to clean up society and take revenge on all the people that Hanmyou has driven to death through his drugs.

The attack destroys the room and sends all the yakuza sprawling. Juuto calmly walks over to where Hanmyou lies and then yanks him up by the collar. All trace of his decorum gone now, Juuto demands to know how Hanmyou knows Tsumabira and the CAB.

Hanmyou merely laughs. Cough up what Juuto wants to hear? Never!
Juuto grabs his face, shutting him up, and reminds him that he's messed up. Does he really think that Chuuouku will let him get away scot-free? But if he 'fesses up, Juuto will take him to court.

Juuto releases him, smirks, and asks, "What's it going to be?" Hanmyou whimpers.

Meanwhile, in a different high-class apartment, Tsumabira and Haebaru brag to each other about the extent of their corruption. Besides using Hanmyou to sell drugs for them, the ladies -

- have used other criminals to do similar plots in the past. Best of all, they can arrest these same criminals to win brownie points in Chuuouku! It's a brilliant idea. Tsumabira used to do a lot of this prior to her arrest [BB/MTC+ chapter 4 and FP/M+ chapter 4].

Good thing Haebaru set her free. Now they can continue to help each other. They go to shake on it, when-
SLAM! The door is kicked off its hinges, and in walk Samatoki and Riou. Nice hotel room. Wouldn't it be a shame if someone came to gatecrash?

Haebaru demands to know how they were found, but Samatoki is under no obligation to tell her. Riou then gets down to business and tries to ask Tsumabira his pressing questions. She refuses, and all four pull out their mics.

Riou and Samatoki attack first with a fairly typical rap. [You're a fool to underestimate us, surrender now, etc.]
The attack knocks the women off their feet, and instead of retaliating, they decide to split up. Riou and Samatoki likewise separate and go after them.

Tsumabira takes the stairs down, and even in high heels, she's FAST. Therefore, Riou hurdles the rail and leaps a flight of stairs to land in front of her, blocking her way. He raps at her again, this time about capturing her.

Tsumabira is knocked down, but Riou hauls her up. He demands her to tell everything she knows, and she does NOT have the right to refuse.
Meanwhile, Haebaru runs down the hotel corridor away from Samatoki. Fortunately, she sees a group of Party members nearby.

Now with the backing of fellow CAB officers [I think], it's time to turn the tables! She orders the Party members to fight Samatoki, but just then another voice tells her to stop. Samatoki jolts. That voice is very, very familiar to him.

As he turns to look, in walks Nemu, accompanied by her own personnel squad. She looks up at him in surprise.
