Young leaders from across the country are joining the first ever Solve Ninja Leadership Utsav in Bangalore on the 3rd and 4th of September
Over the last 5 months, these young leaders have taken steps to build solutions to complex problems
.@SanskrutiDalavi, a 19-year-old from Mumbai, Diana Awardi, is working to inspire school children to be leaders for social development. She has worked with various schools to implement her ideas.
Sanskriti Sharma from Hyderabad is working to build her enterprise Sustainably Messy. She is upcycling waste materials to make aspirational products and is passing on the manufacturing abilities to women from low-socio-economic strata to build circular economy.
Sabha Khan from Mumbai is building awareness among women from her community on both physical and mental health. Her goal is to get rid of superstitious beliefs and build a scientific temperament in her community
Priyanka Kumari from Darbhanga, Bihar is working on sanitation and access to menstrual hygiene products for young girls
Sumaiya Jamal, a teenager from Prayagraj is working on Right to Education. She is helping children under 15 access education through RTE and influencing parents to send their children to school instead of work.
Pranay Dasari from Hyderabad is building support systems and safe communities for students to navigate college and career
Bharat Ravi Raj from Chennai is working to improve the quality of water in a lake and to better the groundwater level in his neighbourhood

Anjani Sanga from Jharkhand is working towards helping the community in Kandbari Village, Himachal Pradesh to get access to safe and clean drinking water.
She is still apart of the Bootcamp program but in an active stage.

She is building awareness among children and youth about ill effects of plastic and striving to recycle plastic.
Shilpi Rani from Ranchi is working towards changing her community by solving different civic issues (potholes) and environmental issues (garbage) in her neighborhood.

Vibish from Chennai is working to create spaces that cater to socio emotional learning in schools. He is building awareness among students and capacity of teachers to address the problem
Rajashekhar, an engineering student from Bangalore, is building a solution community whose members will build tech solutions for pressing civic issues.
Lavitra Madan from Bangalore is working on building tech and non tech solutions to local civic issues.
Shriya Shankar from Bangalore is running Project Sitara, to improve the learning outcomes of children from underserved communities in Karnataka by leveraging technology and the local language.
Vishali Sharma from Punjab is working to make her village cleaner. She is trying to instill a sense of ownership in the villagers to keep their neighbourhood clean and green.
Guru Harshitha from Hyderabad is addressing waste management issues in her neighborhood. She is focusing on changing the behaviour of people who throw garbage in public spaces.
Ranveer Singh from Punjab is working to restart a water works project in his village that was stopped for various reasons.
Manav Sony from Kolkata is addressing waste management issues in his community. He is actively working to clear a blackspot that has been used to dump the locality's garbage. He is working with the local government to improve the health & hygiene issues in his neighborhood.
Kaushik Ravi from NIT, Trichy is tracking the tree population in his area by mapping out the trees in his community. He wants to hand over the total number to the Community Association Head and the Electricity Board to ensure that those who cut 1 tree, replant 10 new ones.
Santosh Kumar S V from Sagara, Karnataka, a farmer by profession, is working to create agri tourism in his community. He believes this will help increase the income of farmers and give an opportunity to create awareness about the challenges faced by farmers among tourists.
Vinayaka hegde from Sirsi, Karnataka is working with farmers. He is building plans and tools that can help farmers to easily opt organic farming
Hameem Muhammad from Chennai is working to address unemployment among women from Raja Annamalai Puram, Chennai. He is building awareness and helping women access opportunities.
Shahid Afrid, from Bengaluru is working to improve the quality of education in his local community by imparting knowledge on digital media to teachers
Premjeet Singh, from Chandigarh, is working to save species of birds and plants that on the verge of extinction. He is working on creating spaces to habitat the birds & working on creating a green cover.
