What exactly happens after enlightenment, Moksha, Nirvana or whatever it is. Do I become nothing, alone, nowhere, just consciousness? I don't know.

Such questions are ‘child’s fantasy’ because:
What are “your” chances of ‘attaining enlightenment?’ (Virtually none.) So why do we ask? Just for idle curiosity?
The question is being asked by ego-mind for a mentally-understandable explanation.

Egos & minds can never ‘get enlightened’ & the explanation is ineffable.
The question presumes that ‘enlightenment’ is an ‘event’ (What “happens?) that takes place in ‘time’ (“after”) that immediately forces some radical change (“becoming nothing or nowhere.”).

Enlightenment is just What Is, what already Is. Ordinary life in dream, minus dreamer. Awareness & ‘Oneness’ with everything minus the false ego-sense or “I”-sense, that likes or dislikes it, judges it good or bad, wants to ‘control’ it this way or that way.

That's the most amazing thing about ‘enlightenment.' Instantly, you realize nothing happened, there's no before & after to it. You are the blank canvas of Awareness where everything rises & falls, not illusory individual judging or being a victim of what rises & falls.
BUT that is your natural state, so it feels like you simply breathed a sigh of relief and felt, “Oh, I’m back in my natural state, that I never left. Cool!”
