We talk alot about Cougars at TaterDAO, but now it is time to turn our attention to the important topic of Beavers. These little bucktoothed rodents are a cornerstone species for riparian areas and we wanted to highlight how increasing data visibility, using NFTs to layer in data

Here we minted another TATR on taterdao.com to demonstrate how we can begin to import data and layers from multiple sources. H/T @tmoindustries for showing us regen.earth we bring you the Jay Wilde Beaver Restoration Project.

taterdao.com/title/arbitrum…. Here you will see the usual data, including tax assessor information a KML that will locate the shape of the project, and even some of the data. For example a youtube video that discusses how Beavers are as important to ecosystems as they are industrious

Here we used a different external link to @farmapper #regen channel. This farmapper.com/public_listing… external link would allow parties to publish additional listings to a regen channel, solicit awareness, donations, and mint Taters (in production).

The data magic is how to use and layer in free and open data, such as this from the etal.joewheaton.org/brat-idaho.html to track Beavers and restoration. With beavers in the right places, it is a solution that improves fish habitat, water temperature and quality, among other things.
