Thinking about how people cope with stressors - affect, behaviours and cognitions

Important to understand that wicked problems may have no one single or best solution.

It’s easy to work and research in our own silo - because it’s easy and comfortable.
But it’s not going to solve problems that cut across broad and complex systems.

Much of our evidence and interventions focus on the individual, less so on families, communities and populations.
