A few reasons why I'm mega bullish on $XRP.

Things are heating up in the Ripple VS SEC case.
Judge Torress overruled the SEC's objection to turning over the Hinman emails. Effectively starting a (worst case scenario) 3-month clock, by the end of which the emails will be released @FilanLaw (A popular attorney in the space)
Additionally, in the last 24 hours, to more companies #iRemit and @TapJets have applied to file an Amicus brief in support of @Ripple.
They want to show how they use $XRP as a currency.
More eyes on the case, more pressure on the SEC..
Finally, (in regard to the lawsuit) Summary Judgement briefs have been filed. This means, the judge is actively reading each side's brief on their argument. The judge can now make a ruling at any time. More eyes coming to this case every day.
Next, we have @FlareNetworks.
Who have this week announced their token distribution will commence between October 24th and November 6th.
I'm super bullish on this project. It was one of the things I wrote about in Raoul Pal's Global Macro Investor in July 2021 (the other...XRP)
XLS-20, allowing native NFTs on the XRPL will be live before we know it.
Director of engineering at @Ripple, @nbougalis explained the recent patch fixed the previous issues, so we need validators to update and then revote on XLS-20 (in my uneducated opinion, maybe month end?).
We get a bit more speculative here, but the Pound is collapsing, just before Ripple's SWELL event in London.

Not only this, but conveniently CFTC commissioner @CarolineDPham who visited the Ripple offices and was pictured with @bgarlinghouse on September 20th, was at the @bankofengland yesterday.

Finally, for some reason $XRP's trading volume is at absurdly high figures. $26 billion in the last 24 hours, up 537%.
