I'm In π and it's incredible already.
The combination of tags, fields & powerful filtering is making my writing practice in @tana_inc just π€―π€―.
Let's break down what is happening here π
Adding tags brings in structured data to the note
In Tana, you can setup up 'Supertags' where you configure a block (or node) with fields & pre-built data that you set.
This means I can relate it to a cluster note & back to the literature note quickly.
Powerful filtering at the node level
In Roam, I spent ages scrolling through my cluster notes trying to find the best place for a new note to fit in.
With Tana, I can filter easily by categories I setup and it's much easier to zoom in from all the noise
Configure Views
Oh & did I mention the fact that you can instantly change views from list to table to card view?
Tana brings together both worlds of block-based note-taking & structured data in the most incredible way.
It's the kind of tool that all my Roam & Obsidian friends will want to try as well as all my Notion friends.
And I think we can build some pretty awesome stuff together π
I didn't even mention the fact that Tana can auto-sort my cluster notes by the number of references.
So the BIG ideas rise to the top and the smaller ideas disappear down the list... automatically π€©
