#Mandsaur: What happened 12 hrs before homes of 3 Muslims razed:
- After a WhatsApp forward, over 1000+ ppl gathered in village.
- Under police nose, stones pelted on Muslim locality, a truck of Ansar khan set on fire.
- "Police refused to lodge FIR, threatened on contrary."

With 12 Hours of the FIR, Mandsaur Dist Admin pasted 'building permission' notices outside the houses of 3 accused.
And within 24 hrs of the notices, all 3 houses were razed to the ground.
Cash, jewellery & expensive goods were destroyed and thrown away with debris.

"Adequate time was given to the accused to present their side," said SDM Sandeep Shiv.

A WhatsApp message circulated in groups of nearby villages that Muslims attacked the Garba pandal at Surjani village, assaulting women and damaging the idol of deity.
Even though over 200 cops deployed, the mob entered the village but refrained from entering Pathan Mohalla.

"When SP visited the site, he observed the stones were #planted not pelted," claimed a local who was accompanying SP.

Clash broke out after 32-YO Shivlal objected to 14-YO Salman for rash driving in the village.
When Shivlal complained to his grandfather Hafiz Khan (62), he slapped Salman in front of the villagers but it didn't prevent the incident.

"After the scuffle, we urged the SDM to shift 29 Muslim families to a Muslim dominated village in a bid to prevent such untoward incident and injustice," said a local leader over the call. "Patidar of our village wants us to leave."
