1. The arrests of Jyoti Malhotra and others for allegedly spying for Pakistan’s ISI reignited debates over espionage cases in India, particularly those with alleged political patronage.

Among the most prominent cases were those reported in Madhya Pradesh (MP) in 2017 and 2019. 2. In Feb 2017, the MP ATS dismantled an ISI network following a tip-off from central intelligence agencies, prompted by the arrest of two spies in Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) in 2016.

The MP ATS in Feb, arrested 11 individuals, including Dhruv Saxena and Balram Singh, for operating an illegal telephone exchange linked to ISI spying activities.

Let's put it as simply as it is.

I wonder, whatever the narrative the BJP Govts & its 'outspoken' leaders push in the media & to public, take a U-turn from that in the Court.

Why?

It's a documented fact that BJP enjoys #bulldozer_justice. Two of their leaders earned the title of "Bulldozer Mama" and "Bulldozer Baba" which they love; one is Union Agriculture Minister and the other is the chief minister.

Apart from MP, UP, bulldozer justice has been in play in BJP-ruled Assam, Haryana, Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan.

On Sept 2, 2024, when the Supreme Court questioned the NDA Govt on #bulldozer_justice, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta said, "Only homes violating municipal laws were demolished."

The Solicitor General tried to play with the words in the Court. It's his job. But his words can't hide the brazen targeting of Muslims and are marginalized in the name of #bulldozerjustice.

Since people have short memories, let me remind !

In Dec 2020, after a clash in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh's Home Minister Narottam Mishra said, "Jis Ghar se Patthar Pheke Jaye Ge, us ghar se Patthar Nikale jaye ge." He reiterated it for the next two years.

In April 2022, when bulldozers razed the homes of 50+ Muslims in the aftermath of the #Khargone_Riot, the BJP Govt told the media, "We have bulldozed the homes of stone pelters & rioters."

In Ujjain 2022, when the three-storey building of Ashraf Hussain razed after the rumour of spitting water on Mahakaal Yatra, which turned out FAKE months later, Madhya Pradesh's BJP Media In-charge Ashish Aggarwal said, "Those who insult Lord Shiva will have to be prepared for a Shiv tandav (dance of death) as well."

Thousands of unlawful demolitions took place in Madhya Pradesh since 2019-2020. Selective, biased and unlawful targeting is the core of this #bulldozer_justice.

There are countless examples. Yet, with limited resources, I tried to document a few.

July 23, 22 :

Hafiz Samiuallah Khan (35), newly elected councillor of ward 12 of Shajapur city was arrested under section 153-B & 188 IPC.

It happened after VHP held a protest on alleging Pro-Pakistan slogan raised in Khan's victory rally carried out on July 17.

#Mandsaur: What happened 12 hrs before homes of 3 Muslims razed:

- After a WhatsApp forward, over 1000+ ppl gathered in village.

- Under police nose, stones pelted on Muslim locality, a truck of Ansar khan set on fire.

- "Police refused to lodge FIR, threatened on contrary."
+ With 12 Hours of the FIR, Mandsaur Dist Admin pasted 'building permission' notices outside the houses of 3 accused.

And within 24 hrs of the notices, all 3 houses were razed to the ground.

Cash, jewellery & expensive goods were destroyed and thrown away with debris.

MP: On allegations of pelting stones at #Garba event, Mandsaur Police booked 19, arrested 7 & #razed homes of Zafar, Raies & Salman within 2-day of incident.

Admin said, their homes were illegal.

Alleged stone pelting occurred on Sunday night in Surjani village of Sitamau PS.
+ Mandsaur SP Anurag Sujania said 19 people were booked under section 307 & 147 of the IPC & 7 arrested.

The illegal homes were identified and razed by the Revenue Department which is worth over 4 Cr.

#Khargone में 2 भाइयों की lynching की कोशिश!

टोपी पहन कर सब्ज़ी मण्डी (बस स्टैंड) से जा रहे दो भाइयों को 1 बाइक सवार ने धर्म सूचक गलियां दी, जब उन्होंने इसका विरोध किया तो बाइक सवार समेत सब्ज़ी/फल बिक्रेताओ ने धारदार हथियार से हमला किया।

दोनों अस्पताल में भर्ती। DM/ SP मौके पर। दंगे के लगभग 2 महीने बाद भी खरगौन ने हालात सामन्य नहीं हुए हैं। आज की हिंसा बताती हैं कि लोगों के अंदर नफरत और दूसरे को लेकर हीन भावना बड़ गई है।

इसकी मुख्य वजह हैं घटना के अगले दिन से प्रशासन की एकतरफा कार्यवाही।

1. After #Khargone riot, a 20-YO mentally challenged Talib was arrested for arson and stone pelting.

He was denied treatment in prison.

1/N 2. A day after the riot, Madhya Pradesh Govt bulldozed a kiosk of Wasim Shaikh mistaking him as stone pelter.

Although, #KhargoneRiot Shaikh's hand were amputated in 2005 after he sustained injuries from electric current.

Father of two, Shaik has a family of 5 to feed.

MP: संवेदनशील बुरहानपुर शहर में चांद रात @BJP4MP नेता प्रहलाद पटेल के भतीजे सतीश दिवाकर ने दंगा भड़काने की नियत से शहर के बड़े गणेश मंदिर की मूर्ति की आंखे फोड़ दी। थोड़ी दूरी पर स्थित भगवान राम देव की मूर्ति का हाथ तोड़ दिया।

उसी गणेश मूर्ति को तोड़ने पर 2008 में दंगा हुआ था+++ इससे पहले की अफ़वाह फैले पुलिस ने CCTV के माध्यम से सतीश की पहचान कर सिर्फ़ धारा 294 के अंदर FIR कर गिरफ़्तार कर लिया।

चांद रात, अक्षयतृतीया और परशुराम जयंती होने की वजह से उस वक्त शहर में 1 लाख+ भीड़ मौजूद थी।

Two of the main accused in Seoni lynching -- Shersingh Rathore and Deepak Awadhiya -- are absconding.

They not only associated to Bajrang Dal but also with BJP, alleged victims.

In first photo, Awadhiya is with Seoni BJP District president Alok Dubey. ++ Interestingly, after Awadhiya and one of his accomplice's name surfaced in the lynching, their photos in the banner were torn apart.

In another poster Awadhiya is with Akhilesh Chouhan, Bajrang Dal district president.

2-tribal were beaten to death by a group of BD men on May 2.

Bajrang Dal & Ram Sena men allegedly lynched two tribals in suspicious of cow smuggling in MP's Seoni last night.

Deceased were identified as Dhansha Inawati & Sampat Wati.

Police have lodged FIR against 6 BD men.

Tribals demanding demolition of their homes. @newsclickin Congress tribal MLA from MP Arjun Singh Kakodiya demanded to "ban Bajrang Dal" after two tribals were lynched by the group.

MLA also demanded to bulldozer houses of all the accused.

In Kukdol village, 8-km away from Khargone, home of Abdul Hamid, a sightless, was attacked on "suspension" of sheltering rioters.

A mob of over 60+ men led by a 20-YO Balram Chouhan unleashed terror for over half an hour untill cops rescued family of 6 ++

@DGP_MP As a section of mob was assaulting the family to chant JSR inside the home, Balram was trying to make an LPG cylinder explode, victim’s family alleged.

Abdul Malik, who is 23, then made a desperate call to police, "5 min aur rok ja beta," replied a DSP.

Dhan Mandi Masjid located in Sarafa Market was allegedly attacked by a mob coming out from Bhatwadi Mohalla -- dominated by majority on April 10 at 6:36 pm.

This happened an hour after @CollecterK clamped curfew here to prevent the further escalation of riot.

++ What followed is the incidents of vandalism and arson inside mosque.

When mob failed to barge inside the mosque's praying area, a video, shot after the incident, shows an image of Goddess Laxmi was installed on the chain gates of the mosque.
