Having had the culinary experience of my life at #enoteca restaurant in @HotelArtsBcn in Barcelona, I want to share some images of the amazing, artistic foods served in this 16 course meal. This is the “Fig Bread”…/1

…this is “Autumn.” The leaves are handcrafted, edible, crunchy and sweet. Beneath them is sweet potato ice cream and the small balls are another ice cream…….

…this I can’t even describe. It is a raw fish dish, with circles of different sea foods and a small egg yolk in the center…

…last one. But there are 12 more. This is called the “Padron and Orange Moment” which again is a seafood dish.

…oh, and these all came with wine pairings. I don’t drink so I missed out. But I am told the combination was amazing.
