The Griffin
When leadership doesn't know what it wants to be, so it's a little bit of everything.
If you get another round of investment, this creature might evolve into a chimera ⚠️
The unicorn
Oh, the mythical animal you have very little control over and that is dependent on planet & star alignment to be born.
Many try to control this outcome, but it's a journey filled with peril, that many don't come back from.
Mermaid/men
Very attractive from the torso up, but under the water is just stinky and slippery fish. When it catches it's pray will take it under the ocean - very dangerous for PMs who might drown with it.
Shapeshifter
"I can be whatever you want me to be".
This type of product is the result of a sales team that keeps promising things that don't exist. Once it gets into the hands of users it melts as it sheds its skin to reveal a shriveled horrible creature.
The monk / messiah
It's job is to keep announcing the promised land in the clouds, where all your problems will be solved. The problem is that no one ever gets to see it (at least in a PM's lifetime)
This creature is toxic, it can melt your mind, so don't fall into its traps
Cyclops
Very strong, but it only really does one thing.
No future vision and no capacity for a wider perspective of its capabilities. It is harmless if you let it stay in its path, just don't try pivoting.
Golem
The golem doesn't operate on it's own and it has no substance. Instead of dirt, it is a pile of apps cobbled together in an attempt of making a product that never is.
This mostly happens when the MVP tries to becomes a lot more than what it is - there is only so many spells
