๐Ÿ’ก We've tried over 30 productivity hacks & techniques over the years. Some worked, while others were total waste of time.

We wanted to share 7 of the best, so you can ignore the rest, and get sh*t done! ๐Ÿงต๐Ÿ‘‡

1) Automations
Using things like Zapier, IFTT and other similar tools to take care of tedious tasks is an absolute no-brainer. Think of these as "recipes". Set up 2-5 recipes to handle your mundane tasks, you'll gain back at least 2-3 hours in your day!

2) Pomodoro Technique:
Once we started living life in 20/25 min blocks, it changed the game. Tasks that you think will take 5 mins need the ~20mins & tasks that need more time end up being chunked nicely into the blocks. Even better if you can gamify it (I hit 7 promos today!)

3) Speed Up Audio:
We're a little biased due to our podcast, but listening to audio content at 1.3-1.5x is a game changer. Does take getting used to, but once you do, you'll be flying through content without any drop in retention of information. Can also use with video!

4) Timezone Hacking:
This one may need money. Basically, hire help from around the World for tasks you can't/hate doing. This way when you're sleeping, things are getting done. Set it up right, and your business becomes a never-ending machine of progress!

5) Habit Stacking:
Want to remember to take your supps every morning? Place em' next to your toothbrush. "Stack" the new habits on top of an older ones you've been doing for years. Tip: Don't try to REMOVE old habits. Slowly phase them out (works better)

6) Meal Prep Services:
If you have multiple business or a job + side hustle, chances are that cooking your own meals can become a huge chore. Find services that deliver pre-made meals for the week that you pop in the microwave. It's a HUGE time saver!

7) Supplements & Micro Dosing:
Addiction Warning: talk with your doctor before using any supps or medications. With that said, nootropics, ADHD medications and micro-dosing certain, ahem, substances can really help you focus! There's a reason these meds are popular - they work!
