"Why is there no mention of the PYRAMIDS IN THE BIBLE"

The GP is mentioned in the Bible

But it's not called a "Pyramid", you must think in terms of Biblical terminology.

The GP is referred to as an "ALTAR" and "HOLY MOUNTAIN"

The GP was also to serve as a reminder (Witness) to the Israelites who were living in Egypt
