WWX insists to stay with Jiang Cheng to protect his modesty (JC: what modesty 🙄). Conveniently forgetting about LWJ whom he left behind.

Jiang Cheng is a very convincing woman. Prettier than many even. And of course the mission goes smoothly with WWX watching from the distance, his hand on Chenqing in case backup was needed.

Until a stray LWJ fully made up and dressed up landed
In the middle of the chaos because he was standing outside the store once fully transformed and waiting for Wei Wuxian and got captured (lets say LWJ was VERY distracted and uncomfortable in his outfit which restricted his movements and Bichen was left in the store
because how can a demure lady carry a sword?? *gasp*)
Anyways, the appearance of LWJ distracted Jiang Cheng for a split second, and time is precious, and WWX immediately rushed out to protect Jiang Cheng while LWJ is tied up like “am I chopped liver to you”
Cue Jiang Cheng being super badass in his female outfit and showing no signs that the dress restricted his movements etc because Jiang Cheng had PRACTICE and WWX is going insane because
Jiang Cheng. Casually in women’s clothing??? When?? Why wasn’t he there??? And he
annoys his way into Lotus Pier where he stays for the rest of eternity.
To protect Jiang Cheng’s modesty of course! (Except from himself)
LWJ gets out of his restraints on his own in the end. (He’s safe. Don’t worry. Just sad cuckji alone playing inquiry to the moon)
