Everyone at the Youth Services Bureau is very pleased today to welcome Mayor Mark Sutcliffe and all the City Councillors, new and returning, to this new term!
YSB serves youth, families, and caregivers from all across Ottawa. We've created a YSB thread just for you:

We thought you might find it interesting to know more about our bilingual services, and where our housing, mental health, justice, employment, and youth engagement sites are located. At the end we’ve included some detail about how to reach us and order materials.

We have supportive long-term housing apartment buildings in Ward 15 Kitchissippi, Ward 7 Bay, Ward 13 Rideau-Rockcliffe, and Ward 16 River. One of these buildings is dedicated to youth who identify as LGBTQ2S.

Our head office and the YSB Foundation are in Ward 7 Bay

We have Employment Services offices, serving clients of all ages, located in Ward 8 College and Ward 18 Alta Vista. Our Employment teams offer a wide variety of programming, including job finding, workshops, and frequent events. @AVmartycarr

Our Downtown Services and Drop-in, featuring youth engagement programs, a daily drop-in program, access to youth workers, and a high school program is in Ward 12 Rideau-Vanier.

Our short-term residential mental health program is in Ward 15 Kitchissippi.
