Another dreaded Naxal Gautam Navlakha granted bail on medical ground; interestingly medical report was prepared by doctor of Jaslok Hospital in Mumbai who is Navlakha's brother-in-law; when @NIA_India consul pointed it out, court abused NIA n refused to stay bail! @gemsofcourts +

Earlier court had granted bail n house arrest to Naxal terrorist Sudha Bharadwaj on condition not to speak to media n communicate with public- But she is brazenly violating bail conditions putting WhatsApp statuses n interacting media giving interviews- Courts silent as usual!+

Last year we have seen Justice SS Shinde of Bombay HC praising dead Naxal #Catholic Father Stan Swamy. When citizens launched signature campaign against him, he recused himself from Urban Naxal case which he should have done on his own!

First Naxal accused to secure bail was dreaded Naxal Vara Vara Rao who has direct links with armed Maoist, accused of killings of hundreds of innocent citizens, armed forces soldiers, police n govt officials, but Judges found humanitarian angle in terrorist while giving bail! +

Judges have selective respect for freedom of expression n they do smell "Right to Dissent" respectable only when it satisfy their ideological cravings, that's why they were eager to punish @ARanganathan72 n Ajeet Bharti @DOpolitics_in for logical comments on Stupid Court Rulings!
