Imagine, a performing Pooja for a monster who killed thousands of Hindus!
Do we need external enemies when we have such Dharmacharya?
It is not isolated incident that Shankaracharya is performing Pooja for well-being of Tipu. Tipu is requesting this on regular basis and Shankaracharya is obliging him.
May be Shankaracharya considered donation provided by Tipu as more important than blood of his fellow Hindus.
Tipu used to give expensive gifts, privileges and other favors to Shankaracharya Matha.
This is the bribe he gave to Shankaracharya so that he remains silent on massacre of Hindus by Tipu.
So callaed Dharma Guru did not fight for Dharma but sided with Adharma.
Hindus of India were enemies of Tipu and fighting against him. Tipu Sultan requested Shankaracharya to perform "Chandihavana" so that Tpu Sultan can conquer his infield enemies.
And Bingo! Shankaracharya agreed!
He performed homa so that Tipu can kill more Hindus.
Such Dharmaguru are liability for Dharma. They never fight for Dharma, but sides with Adharma. It's shameful that traditions of Vidyaranya Swami fell to this level that they will bless Adharmi like Tipu Sultan.
Next Time when someone comes to you and advocate "Traditional Acharya", please show them this mirror.
Traditions are not dependent on such Kaliyugi Acharya. It depends on Dharma which is Sanatan.
The day we stop idealizing such fraud Gurus, a new dawn will happen for Sanatana.
