1/6 URGENT 🚨: Inactive Voters VOID Arizona Election:
I lead with unassailable conclusion - of 503,741 Inactive Voters all eligible to vote on Nov 8 - the largest possible TOTAL # of Inactives whose votes COUNTED is just 9902 or .019% vs .641% official county participation rate.
2/6 CRUCIAL STATISTIC:
Avg of Maricopa County Inactive Voters measured as % of whole state:
2016 = .548%
2018 = .525%
2020 = .579%
Gen Election '22
MARICOPA=.73%
Diff = 18%
Total AZ Inactives: 689,231 x .18% = 124061
Almost the exact number needed to beat Finchem & Masters...
3/6 WHY 18% SPIKE FOR STATEWIDE SHARE OF INACTIVE VOTERS IN MARICOPA FOR GEN ELECTION 2022?
18% = 124,061 VOTERS
Average % of statewide Inactives attributed to Maricopa in six years prior = 55%
For Nov 8, 2022 General it's 73%
Why does the number spike in this election?
4/6 MC RECORDER WACK?
Official participation rate in Gen Elec '22 = .6417% x 503741 Inactive Voters(IV) = 323250. Where are they?
Subtract 496793 - the updated MC IV # today -from 503742 = 6948 IV cured since Nov 8 + 2954 Prov ballots = max potential 9902 IV ballots counted...
5/6 INACTIVE VOTER LAW
MC Poll Workers(PW) were NOT trained to process IV. If V doesn't match SiteBook address, PW MUST check IV list. If V isn't IV, can vote Prov there. If V is IV can also vote Prov there but it WON'T count unless IV goes to proper location. PW must warn IV...
6/6 If IV address matches IV list-must reregister by verbal AFFIRMATION & vote reg ballot. If PW lets IV vote wo affirmation, vote can be void later. If IV votes legally-must be removed from IV list. Only 6948 have been as of today.
Intentional fraud not required. Uncertainty👍
6948 is most likely the ceiling on Inactive Voters who voted and had their votes counted as per ARS 16-583(A). I used 9902 as potential greatest # in case the 2954 Provisional ballots counted had dual Provisional status and Recorder counted them as mismatched address but not IV.
