i'm not jumping to conclusions yet... but if it is indeed a demonic portal it sure was alot of taxpayer money that went into funding it.

I have never seen the tunnel that connects the Mississippi River + StLouis Courthouse, but I have seen a few Huge Tunnel Entrances less that a Mile upstream.
These entrances are big enough to drive a golf cart or small truck easily into them and also a Govt Controlled location.
