1⃣ Intro
In last lesson we locked at how to find wallet addresses on a chain explorer.
In this part we will learn about transaction and their content.
We will take a look at @zerion .
And Finlay you will learn how to pick a wallet that could be useful.
⚠️Contract address⚠️
In the previous part you learned how to find contracts on info aggregators.
Important advice
❗️❗️❗️
USE ONLY CONTRACT ADDRESSES FROM THESE AGGREGATTORS WHEN YOU ARE SEARCHING ON A EXPLORER. NEVER USE A NAME.
❗️❗️❗️
Fake projects can use similar name.
2⃣ Transactions
Transactions are cryptographically signed data messages that contain instructions.
These Instructions can send crypto from a wallet to another or interact with a smart contract.
Transactions are identified with a unique transaction hash (TXID)
✳️Content transaction part 1
Transaction Hash:
Unique identifier for a transaction
Status:
Status of a transaction with three possible states (success, failed ,pending)
Block:
Block number in which transaction is recorded
Timestamp:
Time at which transaction where produced.
✳️Content transaction part 2
From - To:
Wallet address from sender and reciever
Value:
Tracked ether or fiat value
Transaction fee:
Amount paid to the network
Gas Price:
Fee required to successfully conduct a transaction
✳️Complexity Transactions
We learnt that transactions contain important data, that could be useful to us.
Tracking transactions of one wallet on a explorer is possible but a couple is very tedious. This would be a 24/7 job.
Luckily there are some tools that can help us.

3⃣ Zerion
#Zerion is a #cryptocurrency wallet that lets you stay in control of your private keys.
The amazing part about @zerion is, you can also create a watchlists with a bunch of wallets to track them.

✳️Importing Wallet
First we have to select a address we want to track.
You can do this by following the steps from the previous parts.
1. Select "Track any wallet"
2. Paste your selected address
3. Select to watchlist and press add
✳️Wallet content
After the process above you will see your added wallet and it's balance.
You will be redirected to a window where you can see:
- Balance
- Chart (1H / 1D / 1W / 1M /1Y)
- Token Holdings
- NFT Holdings
- History
✳️History
This is the interesting part of Zerion. It shows all transactions and notifies you as soon as the wallet does a new move.
Transaction history can be filtered by following criteria
Asset type
- NFT
- Token
Transaction type
- Trade
- mint
- send
- receive
- others
4⃣ Criteria
There are a lot off wallets on each chain and it is hard to find a usefull one.
I will show you which criteria's are important to me
- balance
- activity
- relevance
✳️Balance
The balance is an important indicator. If a account has a balance
of millions and receives and sends $USDC / $USDT, it could be a exchange.
I tend to look for wallets above 10k $. This increases the chance to find a wallet of a active trader.
✳️Activity
Activity is another important part. You have to look for accounts who are trading regularly different tokens.
I tend to look at wallets that do transaction minimum on a weekly basis.
Example:
Bought $GALA because I saw the transaction, instant 1.5x profit.
✳️Relevance
If you found a wallet with good balance and activity you have to search on social media for the traded tokens
Look for the following points
- Who shills
- Social activity
- Website
- Telegram /Discord
✳️Final words
Don't get frustrated. It takes time and effort to find useful wallets. No one will show them to you.
I was confused with this amount of information, but its like lifting weights. First exhausting but with time it will get easier.
✳️Final words
Now we come to the end of this short series.
I hope you enjoyed this journey.
