#generating #letters with code. Introduction to ◷Radius ◱Scale, ▱Skew, ⤲Couple. #Symbolfont #SYFF #Concept. (Orbital Dyn. reveal later, needs more work) #typography #font #lowercase

#generating #letters with code. Here are two "o" letters, one is more squared than the other, an additional function was needed ⟏ Constraint (ANC, HZN, VRT), that limits the anchor movement during ▱Skew. We will use the first variant of the letter.

Continuing with the font design, here's e,f,g
#algorithmic #typography #font

The #open_eye "e" with straight finial,
the letter "f" also featuring a straight terminal with a #raised_ear.

With the most boring "g". We might look into an alternative for that.

Alternative looptail "g" #algorithmic #typography #font

Minor corrections to "g" more balanced ear geometry, and thicker counter to link (2 to 1.5) #algorithmic #typography #font

#FontDesign continues and here are letters "hijk", we kept the looptail "g" - ear curve, for the salient terminals of "i" and "j". Notice the ◷Radius function needed (RadInit, RadTerm) to get partial curves. #algorithmic #typography #font

#FontDesign continues and here are letters "m" with it's alternative - including terminal - and "n" #algorithmic #typography #font

#FontDesign continues and we are testing the #variation, still not happy about the letter "b" at curve: ⤲(-68%,250%) where the bowl joins the ascender. #algorithmic #typography #font

#FontDesign testing the #variation

#AlgorithmicTypography continues! Define a shape and its partials. Letter generated - left - by the #SYFF partial definitions - right. The glyph definition - bottom. This is the concept of #vias and #traces in reusable #partials. Auto tracing of ⇆ Parallel via pairs or verbose.

Size comparisons for #onchain compression.

#font #design continues and here is "pqrs". With "r" borrows the ear from "f" and "s" is a mirrored duplicated "e".

#font #design continues and here is "tuv". I figured "u" needed to be a little narrower than "o"
