Seed oils cause brain damage, make you fat, and turn into cellulite.

Even worse, they stick around in your body for over 7 years, even if you stop eating them today.

But if you want to speed up the process? Read (and bookmark) this secret tip:

If you've studied seed oils enough to know they're bad for you, that's great. But there's bad news...

Seed oils have a half-life of up to 2 years.

This means...7 years for a 90% purge?!

That's too long. You want to be healthy NOW.

So here's the miracle solution:

Vitamin E.

Carnivores tend to ignore this one (because it isn't found in animal foods)...

But Vitamin E is one of the four REQUIRED fat-soluble vitamins, along with A, D, and K.

It comes from plants.

Most often, it comes from seeds.

That's your first hint...

Ever heard of "antioxidants"?

Seed oils are the OPPOSITE.

Seed oils are unstable, and create a chemical reaction called "lipid peroxidation", which produces inflammatory and carcinogenic byproducts.

Seed oils ARE the "oxidants" that the anti-oxidants in green tea and blueberries are trying to fight.

So, if seeds are full of oxidizing seed oils, how do seeds grow into adult plants?

Vitamin E is an ANTI-oxidant. It is found inside seeds.

In fact, it is considered the primary *fat-soluble* anti-oxidant.

So, seed oils spontaneously oxidize, but the Vitamin E packaged along for the ride counteracts oxidation, stabilizing the PUFAs in the seeds.

Because industrial seed oils have all of the PUFA but little of the vitamin E, the balance is thrown off

That's why they give us cancer and obesity while seeds can grow into healthy plants.

So what do we do?

Ironically, we must get vitamin E from seeds to bring balance to the force of the fats in our bodies.

For the nerds, there is much circumstantial evidence suggesting the power of Vitamin E.

E.g., Studies have suggested that Vitamin E requirement increases with PUFA intake.

And that lipid peroxidation byproducts are reduced with Vitamin E.

Ofc, since the nutritional establishment still thinks seed oils are "heart healthy", there has been little direct research done on the specific dosages and effects of vitamin E in detoxifying seed oils.

But you just need to understand nature to understand vitamin E.

- Seed oils (PUFAs) are inflammatory
- Seeds are full of seed oils
- Seeds have vitamin E to stabilize the PUFAs
- Too much PUFA (without corresponding vitamin E) is therefore inflammatory

So where do you get it?

You CAN get Vitamin E from certain food products:

- Wheat germ oil
- Sunflower seeds
- Almonds

But you're trying to increase your E/PUFA ratio.

All those foods also have more PUFAs, so it's a wash.

That's why it makes the most sense to take a supplement.

When I first started seed oil disrespecting, I loaded up each day.

Now, I take vitamin E whenever I'm eating something high in PUFAs (like chicken or at a restaurant)

My favorite E supplement comes from Mitolife. Runner up would be Solaray.

In summary....

Seed oils are everywhere. Avoiding them is not enough, as they remain in your body fat for years.

Seed oil detox takes patience, but if you want to be healthy and beautiful...

It's worth it.

And if you need seed-oil free snacks to ease the pain, I can help.

I created @Masa_Chips for this reason. Real corn fried in pure tallow.

Beauty = tallow fried chips.
