I was encouraged to make further comments on this and I've been holding back quite a bit so here we go

"4 months" It's easily provable that my "harassment" campaign started on December 26th with my posts outlining credible concerns with their operations for the public to discuss

She dead names me to my mother, the person who gave me that name

Who Penny knows I left NY to get away from

As a leader in the Trans community Penny should know the importance of respecting this aspect of transition and that it is NOT optional

You don't revoke it situationally

"False reporting" a very subjective opinion. It's certainly up to these "authorities" to determine that

I haven't felt safe on the property to access animal welfare, pics show excess of permitted animals

I requested the Humane Society to do a welfare check/ IRS Nonprofit Status

"inciting others to do violence" I have only incited others to come out with their truths and held space for credible accusations/concerns

I'm not aware of any violence occurring and it shouldn't be necessary to say but I do not condone violent acts against TUR and it's members

"give away [$150k] worth of livestock" She brags to reporters and podcasters that she didn't even need to pay for them

If they were profitable any rancher would fight tooth and nail to keep their livelihood

Giving them away is a clear indicator that they were a money sink

"the loan between y'all" still trying to figure this one out, as I understand it she started paying this after I left and was under no obligation to pay it

She instead should have been paying off the $21k debt she left me with that is now largely in collections

"you will be collecting the full value of the house" it was always our house

The loose verbal plan was to donate the paid off value of the house to TUR once they could open a mortgage for the rest

It is not theirs to leverage

They have only paid ~$10k towards the principle

"never been late on a payment" my credit report says otherwise

It's also worth noting that Penny was impersonating me to the mortgage company in order to make payments in an attempt to bypass establishing a lease or paying rent

This was Aug 28th 2022, we haven't talked since

Penny urges my mother to make me stop "harassing" them

My mother and I have not been in direct communication since "siege" in 2021

She has not forwarded any such sentiment

She is mainly concerned with getting her affairs in order after her recent terminal diagnosis

Penny has not communicated with me directly and has no idea what it is I want

Their official "response" to my posts needlessly attacked a bystander

What I called for was accountability

There will be high overhead to repair the presumed damage and known large disposal needs to be able to resell

My partner who we now know is epileptic cannot live in a wheelchair inaccessible property so far from a hospital. I cannot simply move there

Idealistically they should have made every attempt in order to establish the requirements for a mortgage and bought the remaining cost of the house from us as discussed

Removing it from our credit, as it stands both Sky and I have limited ability to secure our own safe housing

She then goes on to mention that although she's only paying through February she is expecting to continue going on property through March

Unfortunately I did not receive the part of the conversation that follows so I'm confused as to the current plan with the dumpster

"respect and restraint" TUR's official statement is full of slander and lies

At this point I'm convinced Penny believes her lies to be the truth and is in need of serious mental health help

She has shown me no respect since I've left the property

I've barely begun unpacking the psychological effects of the marketed "siege" which is capitalized on nearly every media appearance

Conflicting reports call into question it's authenticity but living in that headspace isn't the same violence as she's projecting my tweets to be

I brought only a mini coopers load of my things during what Penny told reporters was "medical leave until spring"

Later I couldn't move with my truck as they alerted me to it's repossession

I was unable to retrieve my car, my dad's tools, desk I made, clothing, flags, and Appa

Appa being a living being shouldn't be left behind and should be arranged to be returned to me

When we first got Appa and Naga me and Penny always agreed that if things fell apart between us that Appa was mine and Naga was hers

Their incest puppies were never discussed

As they are not legally allowed to keep as many pets as they currently have I hope the puppies end up in good homes

If left to me, I would first offer them to stable former residents or volunteers that closely bonded with them and could use the companionship after ranch trauma

I've repeatedly stated I want the TUR project to end and I've laid out my logic

This goes beyond reasons, facts and figures. This goes to the core of why I believed in and joined the project, why I tried to help buy a house for it

I wanted trans people to have a real haven

This experience has taught me that alpaca belong in their indigenous home

Trans people deserve a space to be their true selves beyond their transition expression

Where they can be openly autistic and plural, have a safe place to express their trauma, and safe for disabilities
