✧・゚♡*easing into a low-calorie lifestyle: tip and tricks (a thread)*♡・゚✧

1 ~ switch from regular soda to diet/no sugar! i know it doesn't sound like much but it cuts the cals down to about 1-2 per serve!

2 ~ start using light dairy products/skim milk! i switched to skim milk when i order coffee from cafes and it's honestly been a calorie-cutting godsend

3 ~ when you're in the mood for a snack, make healthier options more available than junk food! a single carrot stick has around 2 calories, and they taste so good when paired with lemon/salt <3

4 ~ this may sound a bit strange but say your friends or family order pizza and there's no way of getting out of eating/you're having a craving, not eating the pizza crust can get rid of up to 50 cals! less/no cheese is also a good idea :3

5 ~ USE YOUR DAILY CALORIES ON HEALTHIER FOOD. i know it's difficult but i swear it makes all the difference and makes sure you get enough nutrients to maintain your diet

6 ~ sweetener tablets instead of sugar. they have about 0.3 calories per tablet and sweeten things just the same <33

7 ~ when possible, go for black coffee/tea! milk is where all the calories come from, meaning you're cutting down majorly from drinking black tea and coffee :3

8 ~ drink a LOT of water! this may be a given but if you switch juice or coffee in the morning to a cup of water, it honestly makes all the difference
