(2/7) The template starts with choosing the style/structure for the story. It includes examples like the Three-Act Structure, Hero's Journey, Kishōtenketsu, etc.. For me, picking a structural focus has helped guide the narrative, making it easier to plan and write. 📖

(3/7) It also includes character connection categories, providing a list of options for how characters can intersect in the story. Examples: shared goals, conflict, romantic interest, family ties, and more. This also helps me keep track of all the characters in my story 🧩

(4/7) The template breaks down my novella into sections (Setup, Rising Action, Climax, Resolution) with word count % recommendations. This has made a huge difference in my approach to pacing and plot development 📈

(5/7) To ensure a balanced narrative, the template offers insights on qualities of the Setup, Rising Action, Climax, and Resolution, with bullet points detailing elements to consider when planning each section. 🎭

(6/7) Additionally, the template incorporates a timeline to track events, helping maintain continuity and a logical flow in the story. I now know where all my characters exist in time. It sounds silly, but I didn't realize how helpful this would actually be lol⌛️
