How Human Rights Watch was part of a Pentagon team designed to create Anti-Iraq Propaganda!
The U.S was desperate for Anti-Iraq Propaganda, so they invented the "Anfal Genocide" Hoax.

August 1988, the Iraqi Army in collaboration with the Kurdish National Defense Battalions carried out Anfal in Iraqi Kurdistan, designed to wipe out the KDP & PUK.
KDP & PUK had terrorized the north for years and fought with Iran throughout the Iran-Iraq War in the 80s.

September 8th 1988, Shultz ambushes Sadun Hammadi and makes claims of a mass genocide against Kurds. Shultz doesn't show any evidence with claims that they are classified.
And within 24 hours, Peter Galbraith drafts up a bill to SANCTION Iraq.

The Bill gets voted through in the Senate and Galbraith gets sent to Turkey to collect evidence of the "genocide".
He see's no phsyical evidence on the Kurdish refugees in Turkey, and he concludes that this is becausue of GAS usage that there are no symptoms.

Galbraith has a personal stake in the case! He was caught later in 2009 getting a 100 Million fee advising KDP & PUK on Oil!
He was also involved in the US-Iran-Bosnia Scandale where he smuggled weapons to Bosnia in violation of a ceasefire!

Galbraith returned with no evidence! No pictures! No documents! No Smoking Guns! He returned with claims of a 100K Dead instead.
The bill later passed in the house but failed ultimately. The Anfal Case died for a while.

Between 1988-1993 Nothing was said or done about Anfal. Until the Pentagon started a program to create Anti-Iraq Propaganda.
They would use captured documents to develop their claims of genocide and they would use a third party to seem more trustworthy.

This 3rd party was Human Rights Watch Under Joost Hiltermann!
JH spent for 2 years wrote the book "Genocide in Iraq"
This book remains the only literature on Anfal! There are no other sources or books about the subject.

JH ran into a problem! There was nothing in the documents indicating any crime!
So he brought Shorsh Resool a previous PUK intelligence officer with him.
HRW quotes Shorsh for "40 villages being destroyed" problem is: His book doesn't exist and he is biased!

Kanan Makiya, the person who said that Iraqis will welcome the Americans with flowers, could not digest the amount of lying.
He himself warned HRW about the usuage of the archive! Even saying there was documents of human experiments which was fake!

The CIA itself would later reject the findings of HRW in it's 2002 October release of Iraq's WMD, it listed no Chemical attacks in 1988 August-September.

Jude Wanniski former advisor to Reagan would later come out against HRW. Stephen Pelletiere would write whole books about this lie and how the HRW manipulated reality to it's own fitting.
To this day the bodies of the 182.000 alleged killed has NOT been found.

HRW report is riddled with errors and mistakes which expose their manipulative nature.
Most notable is they claimed Anfal started in 1987 in a RCC meeting quoting Cordesman who never said that in his book!

Post 2003 No Anfal Study has been done! Since 2003 no documents has been found indicating Iraqi Guilt.
When HRW wrote their report, only 14 bodies had been found!
They lied, they were wrong, and they will now do and say anything to justify that lie!
