KDP & PUK had terrorized the north for years and fought with Iran throughout the Iran-Iraq War in the 80s.

Galbraith has a personal stake in the case! He was caught later in 2009 getting a 100 Million fee advising KDP & PUK on Oil!
He was also involved in the US-Iran-Bosnia Scandale where he smuggled weapons to Bosnia in violation of a ceasefire!

Galbraith returned with no evidence! No pictures! No documents! No Smoking Guns! He returned with claims of a 100K Dead instead.
The bill later passed in the house but failed ultimately. The Anfal Case died for a while.

They would use captured documents to develop their claims of genocide and they would use a third party to seem more trustworthy.

Jude Wanniski former advisor to Reagan would later come out against HRW. Stephen Pelletiere would write whole books about this lie and how the HRW manipulated reality to it's own fitting.

HRW report is riddled with errors and mistakes which expose their manipulative nature.
Most notable is they claimed Anfal started in 1987 in a RCC meeting quoting Cordesman who never said that in his book!

Post 2003 No Anfal Study has been done! Since 2003 no documents has been found indicating Iraqi Guilt.
When HRW wrote their report, only 14 bodies had been found!
They lied, they were wrong, and they will now do and say anything to justify that lie!
