A Dr stated that, no, nobody "decided" her sex at birth, it was determined at conception.

The majority of Drs think that sex being determined at conception is a "biased assessment".
Presumably they're the same Drs who know that anatomy doesn't determine sex.
Unfortunately, there was no follow-up, so I'm not entirely sure what does separate these 6+ sexes. Eye colour maybe?
