@ElsipogtogBand Acadians never had reserves called as such because our land grants predated Canada and we were like slaves to the Charles Robin Jersey Fishing Company. Pommenville aka Sommerville created the Elsipogtog Reserve. This grave is seen in my village in Caraquet.

We all go back a long long way. Our families are interwoven branches of the same tree. Glad to see your folks are still alive and kicking. 😊❤️

I am of Caraquet and there is a great film about what my family survived here. View 52 minutes for the censored history of Canada. nfb.ca/film/tintamarr…

I made a video for my kids so I could share our family history. Over 32k views. It is because I am one of the first who speaks English in my family.

This artwork from 1553's shows the hockey sticks, baskets and snow shoes in use in Antwerp, Belgium. That is where we did trade. They needed cod to go back and fourth because it was the fish that prevented scurvy. (Beluga whales did too back in the day.)

We were on the East Coast when we had walrus and wood bison. We had the Walnut trees from Norse folks and they have our cloudberries in a swamp in Denmark because we whaled together. Our history goes way way back.

We had the cart for whaling and gather fish and cargo from ships. We made them of oak to resist mould. Made of spruce out west because they lack Oak tree. During deportation many went west to escape the small pox Deportation, American Revolution and Civil War.

Bateaux de péche de Caraquet. Thanks to my dad's friend Fernand Chaisson for the photo he said dans les année 30 le haren je supose. They use fabric to line the cart for small fish and cargo. They used it for whaling too.

First photo is my grandfather Wilfred “Will” Lanteigne and his brother Aime with my uncles. The boat of my Grandfather Edmund Gallien is next photo. They both built and captain their boats which we call Goélettes. The big boat at the end built by Joseph Lanteigne (1861-1932)

My uncle Paul Lanteigne is the guy in the white flat cap on video. My grandfather prayed to find the right tree to build boats and he waited for signs to take the tree. It was our way. The bow came from trees that grew by cliffs, like our hockey sticks.

Because my people were Acadian unceded Métis we faced discrimination. acadie.cheminsdelafrancophonie.org/en/caraquet-tw…

Mgr J. Octave Plessis named my family by name in this report. (Lanteigne and Gallien) and he called my family the bottom that feeds the top because we are Metis. echo.franco.ca/louismailloux/…

Gamaliel Smethurst wrote about visiting my family's village Caraquet in 1761 and he admits we are Old French intermarried with Mi’kmaw People. Pg. 366 of the PDF. We are of the oldest settlement in NB. archive.org/details/collec…

Gaspe was the winter hunting grounds. Caraquet summer food clams & fish, etc. After land grant the Gespek district of Mi'kma'ki was divided with upper and lower Canada and later provincial lines. Gerrymandering prevents the access to NB repository to verify our Métis status.

The census was done and the men hid the women from it fearing a other deportation. Alain Chaisson speaks to that here. Lantin is my name Lanteigne.

These are symbols of the arms linked to my name Lanteigne which is the variant of the Lenteigne and Lantin etc. The different spellings rooted to three brothers. The last document explains. My name Lanteigne is unique to Canada.

This is the Gourd of Membertou’s as given to him by Charles Robin. museum.novascotia.ca/sites/default/…

The gourd has a Jersey bell. The chevron is angle of church roof same as Grand Pre., Old St. Mary's Church, built in 1703 in Burlington New Jersey and same as the Hermitage of Saint Helier from 1st century.

My grandma Obeline Gallien nee Lanteigne was a midwife medicine woman (Sage Femme) who knew our history. Bona Arsenault did interviews with her to make this series. My mom grew up with him at the house working with my grandma. My mom and her parents in photo. The volumes listed.

My people are of the line of Tomasso Di Savoie of Portugal married into Henri Membertou’s line. St. Maurice is the Patron Saint of the Savoie line. His symbol is the lion. He was a 3rd century Egyptian military leader and his symbol is seen on the gourd of Membertou.

We were made a Nation by the Vatican. The symbol we have is the Star of Euclid. We are of Templar lines. My family is of Landry and De Percival lines. The Nation formed in 1610.

After deportation the Roman Catholic Episcopal Company built churches not linked to Vatican or Pope at all. They link to wealthy & affluent American families: Boston Brahmin, Old Philadelphians, Tidewater, and Lowcountry Gentry or old money. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Episcopal…

There are 43 properties being sold off to pay sexual abuse survivors. The public needs to know that these Roman Catholic Episcopal churches are not Vatican churches. It’s Episcopal. cbc.ca/news/canada/ne…

My family is bound to the Vatican Concordat of 1610. We took an oath to defend the people and Roman Catholic church but with Charles Robin controlling us, my family took sacraments to the Episcopal company. We were never informed who the beneficiaries were of the church.

My people were stuck living in a Jersey feifdom in modern Canada. We had women trafficked for business marriages. It was a mess. medium.com/nine-by-five-m…

My family tried to build our own Roman Catholic school and at that meeting my great grandfathers were ambushed and Louis Mailloux was shot from the celler. The bullet entered the base of his chin and it blew off the back of his head.

My parents went to school in fear. They hit the kids with rods, raped my uncle as witnessed by my mom, and British inspectors came regularly to confiscate French books, flag and religious items from the school and our homes.

Reading and writing was completely forbidden in the age of my great grandfathers. My great grandfather Laurent Lanteigne smuggled in a teacher from Montreal to teach my grandma Obeline to read in secret. They taught others in coach house and cellars.

Photo of Alex Lanteigne and parents Philomène (Landry) et Laurent Lanteigne. Laurent got the money for a teacher because his wife Philomene Landry was a cousin to the wife of the Charles Robin company owner. She arranged to give us more per pound of fish to sponsor the teacher.

This video is accurate to our history.

Race didn’t mean nation until the British took over Acadia. There is a pure blood myth happening that is total nonsense. We had centuries of global trade and our chiefs were always mixed people. Time for historical truth to be told.

We are interconnected with the world via spice trade and slave trade for centuries before Canada. First Nations exist and it existed in a world that was interwoven by global trade. That is the truth.

This book is made by the Jersey Society and East Coast world trade goes as far back to 8th century. The British Act of Settlement 1701 censors the prehistory of Canada & US (who were the British 13 Colonies) We must ask Westminster to scrap that law.

It’s time to scrap laws like this. theguardian.com/uk/2009/mar/27…

Westminster could end Colonialism by simple vote. Doing so can free truth to history for people globally. It is time to advance truth and peace. theglobeandmail.com/news/national/…

Teskey vs. Canada and O’Donohue vs. Canada flagged the issues of British Succession laws in Canada that discriminates against people of other faiths and those who are non-religious. canliiconnects.org/en/commentarie…

We need the Canadian Constitution to include the rights of unceded and First Nations people because as it is worded, there is no regard given to serve federal jurisdictional people. Canada only serves the Provinces and British Empire. It is why my people lacked money & supports.

In Waterloo Region where I live, over 5,000 demanded climate action, thousands marched for Indigenous reconciliation & 20,000 people for Black Lives Matter. People want equity and just recovery. The more of us share that vision and work towards it the better. #InThisTogether
