hadeeth on good character

Selected by Hadhrat Muslihul ummah, Shah Wasiyyullah Sahib.

Allah talaa give us ability to incorporate these into our lives

1.

مكارم الاخلاق من اعمال الجنة

Noble character is from among the actions of paradise

2.

اكمل المؤمنين إيمانا احسنهم خلقا وخياركم لنسائهم

The most perfect believers in terms of imaan are those with the best character, and the best amongst you are those who are best to their wives.

3.

حُسْنُ الخُلُقِ يُذيبُ الخطايا كما يُذيبُ الماء الجليدَ ، وإنَّ الخُلُقَ السوءَ يُفسدُ العملَ كما يُفسدُ الخَلُّ العسلَ

#Goodcharacter melts sins like water melts ice and #badcharacter spoils actions like vinegar spoils honey

4.

إنَّ الرجلَ لَيدرِكُ بحُسنِ خُلُقِه درجةَ القائمِ باللَّيلِ ، الظامئِ بالهواجِرِ

By virtue of his good character, a man can reach the level of a person standing in prayer at night and the one who fasts on a hot day

5.

إِنَّ المسلِمَ المسَدَّدَ لَيُدْرِكُ درجَةَ الصوَّامِ القَوَّامِ بآياتِ اللهِ ، بِحُسْنِ خُلُقِهِ وكَرَمِ ضَرِيبَتِهِ

An upright #Muslim can attain ranks of one who #fasts all the time and the one who recites the verses of #Allah by virtue of his good character and demeanor

6. (A)

أَنَّ الْعَبْدَ لِيَبْلُغَ بِحُسْنِ خُلُقِهِ عَظِيمَ دَرَجَاتِ الْآخِرَةِ وَشَرَفِ الْمَنَازِلِ وَإِنَّهُ لَضَعِيفُ الْعِبَادَةِ

Servant can reach, through his good character, extremely high ranks n noble positions in the hereafter even though he may be weak in worship

6. (B)

وإنَّ العبدَ ليبلغُ مِنْ سوءِ خُلقِهِ أسفلَ درَكِ جهنمَ وإنهُ لقويُّ العبادةِ

Indeed a servant reaches the pits of jahannam through bad character even though he may be a strong worshipper

7.

ما من شيءٍ يُوضَعُ في المِيزانِ أثْقلُ من حُسْنِ الخُلُقِ ، وإنَّ صاحِبَ حُسنِ الخلُقِ ليَبلغُ بهِ درَجةَ صاحِبِ الصَّومِ والصلاةِ

Nothing placed on the scale is more heavier than #goodcharacter. A person of #goodcharacter can reach level of a person who reads salaah n fasts

8.

إنَّ محاسنَ الأخْلاق مخزونةٌ عند الله تعالى، فاذا احبَّ الله عبدا مَنَحَه خُلُقا حسنا

Indeed #goodcharacter is a treasure from #Allah Talaa. When #Allah talaa loves a servant, he gifts him #goodcharacter.

9.

إنّ هذه الأخلاق من الله تعالى، فمن أراد الله به خيرا منحه خلقا حسنا، ومن أراد به سوءا منحه سيئا

#character is from #Allah. When #Allah wills good for a person, he grants him #goodcharacter and when he wills bad, he grants him #badcharacter.
